Would you believe there’s a whole crew somewhere in southern Croydon who started saying please after I turned up with my polite white talk and punctuality

Like I never give a late runner a hard time - even if I’m pissed off while waiting, when they turn up I’m just glad they’re there and hey the 40 minutes I’ve been hanging in an alleyway (like that’s not dodgy at all) is in the past now and can’t be helped.

Meanwhile if they accidentally drop an extra wrap in my hand, or do their maths wrong and undercharge me, I always set it straight before it even occurs to me to shut the fuck up and take advantage. Like it’s not even that I’m a good person, I literally have no choice in the matter.
