After an abrupt turn Ogata almost mistakes him for a product display. Only such thing wouldn’t have body, he’d figure. And it moved, he saw the hand just now when they almost bumped. From the round screen Ogata can see his own face, might be a sign he’s too close but Ogata isn’t thinking about that.

IV’s head angles itself so that he may better look at the stranger. Odd and rude, he thinks vaguely, for someone to be staring so openly. IV used to be royalty, this is not behavior that would be accepted. He thinks, at least, because it’s been so long since he’s thought about Robot Kingdom.
He pauses and stares back at the man, a thin line in the center of his screen looking like an old television about to turn on. His voice comes out synthesized and robotic, but clearly slightly irritated. "𝙲𝚊𝚗 𝙸 𝚑𝚎𝚕𝚙 𝚢𝚘𝚞?"
