A DAY IN MY LIFE: Drum and Lyre Competition!!

Another awesome experience!! Today, 04.01.17 is our Drum and Lyre Competition at Virata, San Jose. I woke up at 3:30am!! bcos, 5am is our call time. I slept for only 2 hours! I can’t sleep bcos of excitement you know. Haha! 

When I arrived, the court was so crowded with different bands of different places. Like woah! It’s my second time to compete. The last time was about 2015 something and we were just like 3 bands. Now, we were 9 bands!! How cool is that!! Me and my friend were looking for a handsome guy. Haha! Well. sad thing, we can’t find one.

Parade time!! We were the second band on the parade.The Color Guard in the other bands was so satisfying to look because, sabay sabay silang gumalaw. Like for us, we were only 4 Color Guard. Next school year, I will recruit more Color Guards to our School band. Haha!

You can’t see me bcos i’m a Color Guard btw. We were on the back of the drummers. 

After the parade, COMPETITION TIME!! We were the second band to perform sooo... NERVOUSNESS IS REAL!? We gave our 110% performance!! It ended well tho, but I’m still nervous that time bcos we don’t know if we will win. There”s 7 bands left! After we watched every single bands, we lose hope of winning and getting some runner ups. Bcos, MASYADO NILANG GINALNGAN!! HAAHAHHAHAHAHA! Their exhibition was lit! it was so cool and beautiful!! 

Tada!! All bands are now done! Awarding time!! As expected, we didn’t won any runner ups and even the champion award. It was a great experience tho. Next time, I will try to smile even wider. HAHAHAHAHA! Bcos the Majorette and Color Guards of the other bands, was super duper ultra mega smiling but for me, it was a bit creepy. HAHA! just saying. 

Even though we didn’t won any runner ups and things like that. While awarding for best in majorette, drum line and stuffs like that... When they announced that the winner in the “Best in Color Guard” was IETI!!! It was us!! Like whut!! My eyes was teary and my co-color guard was shocked on what we heard. 

UNBELIEVABLE!! It was only 5 of us were the Color Guards, half of the other color guard bands and we stand out from all of them!! Just WOW! 

My other co-color guard was not on the pic. but, WE DID IT!! It was so worth it!? God really gave us unexpected blessings. He is so cool!! Expect the unexpected. Haha! 

Congratulations to all the winners!! Esp the Champion (I forgot the name of the band. Haha!) you deserved it! We all know that all of us worked hard for it. But some deserves more. This won’t be the end of our band journey!! Til’ next time!

Things to do: When your bored

Hey Guys! Its me again! 

Yes I know. Some of us (like me) their summer is not that fun. Always in the house, go to IG, Twitter, Tumblr, Fb and things like that. For today, I’m gonna share with you guys some things to do when bored, as what the title said tho. Let’s start!! 

1. Try new things! Like...Calligraphy, guitar and etc. It depends on your interest. Try to explore. There’s no harm in trying. Well... Its summer! No classes! No school works! This is your time to relax and try new things!! 

2. Paint your nails! Well, this part is for girls only. Paint your nails with a colorful and fun colors to brighten up your summer!! Go clean and paint that nails of yours! They need some pamper too. 

3. Go for a walk! Go for a walk outside in the morning or in the afternoon. Not at night (so scary) Walking gives you some time to think and feel the breeze of the air. Even though it’s polluted. LOL. Some self exploration. some relaxation or walking with music is great too! 

4. Talk or chat with your friends! Go chat a long lost friend of yours. LOL. Haha! Chat with your old or new friends. Chat them to come to your house and have fun together or just chat with them on social media. In that way, you’ll get updated to their lives, having fun and chika chika with them. 

5. Start a blog! And that’s what I’m doing right now. Haha! Since I’m super duper bored in our house but I’m lazy to go outside and if you’re like me, then go start a blog! To keep away that boredom in your summer layf. 

Go make your summer fun and memorable!! Enjoy every moment that counts and live your life to the fullest!! Enjoy your vacation!! Til next time! Weirdo is out! Peace!

And yes, today is my 14th Birthday. I don't know what to say. I am speechless. Haha! 😂 I just want to thank you for all the people, to my parents, friends and to the people who joins my life journey especially to our dear God who always protects me from danger. Thank you so much to all of you who greeted me a Happy Birthday and to those people that gave me some unexpected gifts! Sa mga babati pa, advance thank you! This week from Nov. 14 to 20 is soooo tough!! 😵 From cheerdance practices, projects, sleepless nights and more. Physical and mentally hurt from head to toe. 😵 Yesterday, (11-19-16) was our Card giving day!! I feel so blessed that my rank is maintained. But my goal is to be higher than that well, atleast hindi bumaba. My sleepness night's of studying and my efforts were all paid off! Even though I always procrastinate haha! Lazy. 😅 Life is really tough to handle, but it's up to us on how we will handle our life choices, on what will we choose between pizza or fries, time management and etc.. Life is tough and so are us. 😘 -weirdo

Scary Experience 😨

Ok.. Btw, I am a member of a Drum and Lyre band in our school. So here it is..

Sir Nixon (our coach/trainer..) So.. Sir Nixon gave us a 5 minute break so I quickly went to the restroom all by myself. (Btw, it happened earlier) I went to the restroom, checking my self, smiling to the mirror, wackying. Haha. Then suddenly, the door shut so loud! And my heart beats soooo fast! I opened the door, and the lights on the hallway were off. Btw, our D&L practice is from 5:30 to 7:30pm every Wed and Fri so its at night and scary! I looked around, I’m scared of the dark and ghost etc.. I am so shunga, when I looked around I always imagine scary things which is why I am super super scared running and I super speed my self to go to the court again. I am so scared and I saw Jeremy and Ate Barry and I told them my experience while crying/laughing. Haha! Weirdo. Idk? I anm so scared cause, some says that our school is haunted chuchu.

While I’m sharing my scary experience while crying/laughing.. I smell something fishy to them, haha! They try not to smile or laugh. I knew it! They are the one who did it, I also saw them, when I am running to go to the CR. Hahaha! But I accept their apology, its just a joke. I don’t take jokes seriously. Haha!

Life lesson: Don’t go to the restroom alone!! Haha! Especially at night. Oke? 😂😂

For all the girls out there 🙋

Well if you're a guy, you can read this too if you want. 😅 So yea. Another running thought in my mind that I kept thinking about when I'm bored. Girls. Girls. Girls. Don't feel sad if your body isn't that perfect. Nobody's perfect! So don't feel ashamed of your small boobs/breast, fat body, skinny body, hairy... etc. We must feel happy and contented you know why? Because, we are all perfectly imperfect! This is why we are uniquely different with others that we socialised with. Don't be sad because we don't have that Kylie, Kendall.. etc type of body. Truthfully speaking, I am FC (flat chested), I have hairy body, skinny and all things like that, but I just stay positive and I am happy how God and my parents created me hehe.. Don't feel sad of others won't accept you, there are people around us that will accept our imperfections, look around! Just turn the teasing part into a joke. Haha! Laugh with them. Hug our imperfections so tight, love them, accept them, that's all that matters. Remember, WE ARE ALL PERFECTLY IMPERFECT. 🙌🙆 -weirdo

11.07.16 Pasukan nanamaan! Haha! 😭 A perfect timing? Is when I arrived not early, not late, but on time. Haha! When I arrived in school, the bell rang. (btw, my school is a few walks away from our house and kung sino pa malapit ang bahay, siya pa ang late) What a perfect timing, a perfect day to learn new things! 🙋

Speaking of to learning new things, all of our teacher didn’t discuss their subjects, which is great for us students! FREE TIME! Because they are busy computing our grades 😡 But I am the type of prerson that is shy but when you start talking to me I’m MADALDAL! 😂 Most of time, I’m just listening to their chikachikaas! (Chismosa ang peg) haha! Kidding! 😂

I’m soooo nang-gigigil sa mga bata, kasi today is their Halloween Trick or Treatinggg! From K-1 (kinder 1) to Grade 3. They are so adorbs! 😍 Yung iba naka Elsa, Spiderman, Batman, Zombie, a princess and more. Ako yung nagbibigay ng candy and fun thing nangungupit ako ng candies. Haha! Can’t resist not eating Champy! 😍

It’s just so nice. 😳 One time, when I say “habulin nyo ko” cause they saw me holding many candies! 😂 Hinabol nila ako, yung isa grabe ang pag huli sakin. Kuhang kuha bewang ko.

Eheeemmm.. I’m not braging or di naman sa nag-mamayabang but I got a perfect score on Math!!! 80 over 80! My hard work pays off and my brain cooperated with me. Haha! If you want to excell at something, don’t just stare, analyze, search about, listen carefully to your teachers (sometimes not) Hehez and all of ypur hard work will pay off, magiging sulit amg lahat, ang sarap kaya sa feeling non! 😳 💕

I'm irritated 😕

Last day of Sembreak 💔

Hi? Wazzup? Haha! I don’t know how to greet because, it’s mah first time to chit chat here tho. Idk? I’m just inspired to do some blogs of my thoughts in life that kept bothering me for a while. Haha!

So again, last day of mah October/November, Fall break? Idk what it is called but it is a sembreak. Huhu, RIP to my english grammars! I’m so sorry, correct me if I’m wrong, I accept and embrace my mistakes. 😳

Time check 9:40pm and I am wide awake! Zombie mode tomorrow! Haaays! I want to extend! 1 more week! Plsss! 😭 For me, I regret my sembreak beacuse, all I do is to sleep, internet, eat, repeat, 1 WEEK STRAIGHT! I’m just too lazy to do something and my cousin stays here for a while and all we do is to party! Wifi party tho. Haha.

2nd week of sembreak, kinda get me. Haha! My industrious spirit visited me and I explore new things, going outside my comfort zone kinda thing. A month ago, I am really fascinated to the people I watched on social media doing calligrapies, it’s soooo satisfying! And I am planning to do it also, but my laziness attacked me and I took so long to recover. Hahaha! 😂

When the time I recovered and survived from laziness. Haha! Lol. I bought a calligraphy pen, which is kinda expensive for me as a beginner, I just go with it because, that’s all that they have!! Zig Scroll and Brush Pen worth 97 pesos each!! Good thing my budget is 150 for buying those things. Haha.

After I bought it, on the next day, monday I guess? I started practicing, practicing and practicing, it’s not bad tho. I’m kinda getting used to this. Practice makes improvement not practice makes perfect cause, nobody is perfect so why practice? Haha. Lol.

I’m happy that I explore new things, get out of the box and you should do it too. Because, it makes your life and your routine a big difference. Don’t just watch it, don’t just dream it. DO IT! Just be yourself and trust yahself. Okeee? 🙌
