Has there ever been an Autobot antagonist in any of the cartoons? Not the comics, not the movies, not the books, not a one-sentence blurb on a toy bio, and not Autobots who defected (Tfa Blackarachnia, Wildwheel, Armada Wheeljack) like a proper, 100% an Autobot but they’re also evil-ish and in a non-movie animated format.

Only one I can think of is Tfa Sentinel.

This is why tfa Sentinel Prime is so awesome as a character to me. He blurs the line between ally and enemy that tends to be so rigid in transformers stories. He genuinely believes in the autobot cause and wants to be a good person!!! He just… goes about it in the wrong way.

How they lost the war & also have an undefeated track record. Yeah we’ve basically wiped them out also they had a 100% success rate. The dialog so stupid in this show it’s fucking awesome

I've just finally realised why I don't like the TFA Season 4 idea of Predacon Blackarachnia:

It's because A- there isn't enough buildup because she gets so few focus episodes, and two of them are more about the men in her life than her.

And B- it strips Blackarachnia of everything that makes her unique as a character to just turn her into a female version of Tarantulas/BW Megatron.
