Oops, I never uploaded this one to Tumblr (which I only realized when someone else did, but then was kind enough to tag me, thank you)!
This is the comic that kickstarted my obsession with telling stories with as few panels as I could (usually 10-11 haha), so it’s got a soft spot in my heart.

WEBTOON
There are A LOT of crabs on Christmas Island, man.
They used to cross the road, probably, no definitely, without looking left and right. And they got squished.
Environmentalists had a hell of a job, keeping them in their lane. Traffic would have to be blocked for the duration.
But now, they have a lovely bridge, and no one has to ask: Why did the Christmas Island Crab cross the road, if they’re just gonna get squished?
Answer: They want to hit the beach. Because that’s where they like to have sex. And because the mummy crabs like to throw their eggs into the ocean after they’ve spawned them in the burrows that the daddy crab so kindly digs on the beach.
Look at them scurrying over their bridge, the smell of the ocean in their noses, the thought of copulation driving them on…
Whew! Finally, made it to the beach…now The Sex can begin!
Mission accomplished… And a few weeks later after a float in the ocean…
Back come the ankle biters…to the rainforest where they live.
i don’t think i’ve ever heard “for sex” as the answer to any “why did it cross the road” joke

Honestly, we’ve only seen deep sea fish at their worst. Deep sea fish are like the opposite of the fast food expectation vs reality meme.
Was expecting an art post but got a lecture on fish pressurization instead
If that’s not 100% accurate description of this hellsite, nothing is.
top surgery recovery has given me a lot of time to think, which is both epic and not. Been thinking a lot about past selves, past experiences, and how they all led up to me being the person I am today. I dont like the “I was born in the wrong body” rhetoric because I think it removes the agency for trans people to self-determination of our identities, nor do I like trans identities to be reduced to our bodies. I was that little girl, and I am not ashamed of her, nor was she ever my enemy. We do not have to reject our past selves to validated in our current selves, and I will continue to cherish the little girl in my head because she helped me become the person I am now <3

What
No for real this is a whole webcomic and it’s worth checking out
Also this
It’s an insane series. It started with a joke comic ‘what if scooby doo had a gun’ and developed into a sprawling sci-fi action series with epic fights. The last one I read (current that I know of right now) is a fight between Dexter from Dexter’s lab, fighting Foghorn Leghorn from looney toons.
Please read this
I binged on this entire series, could not put it down. Highly recommend. It’s soooooo funny but you will get unironically invested in these characters.
i just finished binging it and it’s GOLD, please read it
the whole thing is on webtoons, in the ‘read the whole story’ link. it’s great.

No. I know this is probably just a casual commiseration but I think it's a real and important question to ask and answer. If doing the stuff you're expected to do everyday is super hard, then something is probably wrong.
Anyone who relates to this too hard, I'd recommend looking up spoon theory and starting to make a record of how you feel and your experiences that you can bring up with some kind of health professional. Chances are if doing laundry feels like climbing everest, it's because you're disabled in some way. Whether that disability is some invisible chronic illness or depression or ADHD or burnout, *something* is wrong.
Almost all disabilities have some form of treatment or accommodation that can make your life easier. If you can get a diagnosis, you might also be eligible for official accommodations and benefits. Social security sucks ass and is almost impossible to access but like, it's not the only thing out there set up to help disabled folks and usually local organizations are gonna be better anyway.
Plenty of people reblogging this probably already know they're disabled in some way but if even 1 person sees this and can learn something important about themselves then it's worth saying.
TLDR: people who aren't disabled don't find acts of daily living extremely hard. Maybe look into that and see if you can get help making your life less hard.
Sincerely, a multiply disabled person.
