When Regulus was little he called Sirius "Siri" and it kinda stuck as his nickname for his brother all throughout their lives. He almost never uses his older brother's actual name to address him, unless they're in some fancy family dinner. That's how Sirius knew he really hurt his brother and that their relationship had forever changed after he left. The first time they saw each other at Hogwarts after Sirius moved out Regulus just coldly stared at him and called him Black. And that's how Sirius realised Regulus was not interested in being his little brother anymore, in keeping a special bond with him, that Sirius leaving him alone in that house was unforgivable for him (Sirius didnt know Regulus was facing problems at their home, he always thought Regulus was the perfect little son and that their parents adored him) . And that's the first time Sirius' heart broke. Because he truly could see nothing of the little young boy who followed him around in Regulus' eyes.

The first time Levi laughed in the presence of the scouts was when Jean, while trying to show off in front of Mikasa, fell on his face. He just couldn't hold it in and he started giggling and all the scouts were looking at him shocked, they genuinely didn't think that was something Levi was capable of. Obviously this whole thing was followed by a "mention it, speak of it or even think about it again and I'll kill you" by Levi, but THEY STILL REMEMBER and it at least made Jean feel a bit less embarrassed
