Not so long ago, you “would always love me”. So maybe she should see I exist.
I have this need for her to feel like I said hi…because I truly am sending my regards. I’m saying hello and sending a hug, looking in her eyes and knowing that she’s good. I can live in peace if I know you both take care of each other.
I can be in peace with you, knowing you’re happy…
You are together…and when you touch her body for the first time, feel her skin against yours, you should feel that thrill and excitement you longed so much for. That feeling of “new love” on the horizon. The rush that goes to your head and warns you that this is a special kind of danger.
Your lips touch hers for the first time. I don’t know if she knows that I’ve been there before; My name specially was between them. Inside and all around your face and body; In which, with touch and kisses, I marked my love and sealed it forever in you. I hope she understands, that I couldn’t contain myself…I was just…so in love with you…
She has to understand, my dear, that I always will be there, but that it doesn’t mean she gets less space. It just means that if she can’t comprehend how we loved each other, she will never love you right.
I wish that she knows how to love you right, otherwise, my suffering will go on for longer.
I wish that she never tries to change things in you that made me fall madly for you. Never asks you to be false in someway,because you don’t need to lie to me when we’re together. I don’t see why there would be any flaws in your complete honesty.
I wish that she looks at you and gets at least ten percent of the entertainment I get from observing how you just exist. I could look at you for longer than you can imagine. It’s like I never get enough time to memorize your body before you go.
She should look and memorize the things that make you unique, your birthmarks and your gestures. She should feel the warmth of your hands when you hold her. She should. She should notice all this and more.
She has to understand your humor. Never force laughter, but follow along in your stupid comments.
I will for sure miss laughing like a little kid with you all the time. I will, in fact, miss the feeling of being a kid. It does feel like I grew up all too fast in the past few weeks.
So…finally…when you love her… If that is the case in the future… I hope you get back all the things you may have lost with me, find the things you did not find in me and get much more than you would’ve with me, because only then I could understand why.
