Magdalena, San Antonio Mission, 1938
There is not much available information about her online. Although she was born in Chicago in 1896, I know she was a (San Francisco) Bay Area photographer, and believe that she was part of Group f/64. Edward Weston immortalized her in a classic pictorialist portrait in 1921. She returned the favor in a portrait of Weston in 1934.
