It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!
this is actually really helpful and affirming thanks
*in tears* Thanks kitty, I needed this...

Pros: Wonderful friend. No comment, no nothing. All around, just a great person who has improved your life with their mere existence tremendously
Cons: You can only access them through the headache machine because they live 1 billion lightyears away
ⓘ Tip You can skip part of the day by taking a nap.
⚠︎ Tip
Nap lengths are always randomised.

what a mood
''i wasted those years'' who cares. you lived the only life you could've lived in those moments
i know it's hard. but i so firmly believe the strongest antidote to loneliness is reaching out first. and continuing to reach out. again and again and again. excise any scrap of shame you hold about being the person who texts first or pitches the plan or asks to get lunch. everyone is tired and busy and struggling. and afraid of feeling unwanted and unimportant. don't let the people you love feel that way. reach out first. don't be a ghost in your own life.
