Hello! My name is Ray Bluebell, though most people call me Bell. I was born in the Alola region and at the age of 12 started my adventure as a trainer. In my trainer days I travelled around to a great number of regions and built up my Pokémon team. They are the ones who inspired me to become a Pokémon professor. Back when I was a professor I did research into Pokémon’s relationship with humans, specifically friendship. I am now retired from the academic world and am currently the owner and caretaker of the Blue Moon Pokemon sanctuary on Florio Island in the Lental region. I fell in love with the Lental region when I came here on a vacation to do some Pokémon photography and just ended up staying. I pitched to the local community the idea of a Pokémon sanctuary that would be a home to Pokémon who were abused, hurt, abandoned, unable to be released into the wild, or who just want a peaceful place to live without risk of being captured. Through fundraisers and a generous donation of an old manor and archers of land, I was able to build my Pokémon haven. Now for the rest of my days I plan to help Pokémon who need it live their best lives while also giving back to the community that gave me so much. I hope you’ll join us on our journey to establish a safe place for Pokémon.
