Project God!

An attempt to define God. I'm pretty confident nobody knows. Surely not the finite definitions of religions that limit the possibilities of a Super powerful entity. By defining the entity, I'm in no way implying the existence of this entity. I'm just trying to define the entity for if the entity existed. I want to post at least a thousand entries before the end of 2011. Just to give about a year for people to rejoice before God unjustly and sadistically destroys everything by the end of 2012.

if I do believe in God, then I believe he doesn’t much believe in me. He expects too much, I can’t fulfill every aspect of his will. It’s not my fault, It’s adam’s, it’s eve’s. Neutrality is the drug that puts my mind at ease. I don’t want to fight, I don’t want to play, I understand His might, but I don’t want to pray. I think that thinking that this life is just a short phase, after which the REAL thing begins, the afterlife, the thing you work for, the thing that gets people through their days, is very selfish and ignorant. It’s like spitting in the face of the universe and going “is this it? no surely there must be more than THIS to life. I’m sure there’s a better, longer life, after this.” How horrible! “Is this it?”… The universe is magnificent! Everything around you is magnificent! You can do whatever you want, be whatever you want! Endless possibilities! And you, religious people, look at this whole, wide, beautiful world and go “nah, there’s an afterlife, and that’s what really matters. This isn’t all there is.” How difficult is it to accept that this IS all there is?! Wouldn’t that make you feel better?! It make me feel better! Knowing what to expect. Knowing. How do you know what your afterlife is like? You can’t! Surely, one would feel more comfortable knowing that everything that exists is right in front of their eyes, if they’re just willing to look! You might say that the world is beautiful (because your God made it so or whatever), so why do you need MORE?! “Yea, this is pretty nice, but there is more to it, for me, there’s an afterlife and it’s gonna be bitchin’!”. Maybe there is, maybe there isn’t. Maybe. So why not enjoy THIS and NOW. Why worry about the afterlife that might not even be there. Where is the need for an afterlife, if everything you can be, everything you can see and everything you can do is right in front of you! But you expect more!
