Shuffle 4 Street Headcanons!
Hello! I’m here to dump a load of headcanons on you, starting with the OCs from Shuffle 4 Street because I love my girls very much-

☆ Aiko hated Minako at first due to her quiet & shy nature. Their personalities clashed very much during the beginning of the group.
She thought Minako was wasting everyone's time when she was first invited to join by Yuri.
This somewhat changed after hearing Minako sing, but she's still very hard on her during their rehearsals.
Minako is working on coming out of her shell, but it’s difficult. She’s always had anxiety growing up. However, she refuses to have it stop her and the group’s progress in being the best girl group in the industry.
☆ Yuri discovered that Minako could sing when they were both working on a project at school one day. Minako just so happened to be in the school theater when it happened.
Minako thought she was alone when she let herself sing along to her playlist. Once Yuri heard her voice, she was blown away by her range.
It took some convincing from Yuri, but she has never regretted inviting Minako into the group.
They were in need of a lead singer and Minako's voice fit the bill. What else is there to say?
☆ Fun fact: Naoki comes from a family of trained performers!
It is the primary reason why she has such high standards for her friends. If they want to be the best, they have to perform at their best.
Her mother was an opera singer while her father plays the cello for orchestras around the world.
Both of her older brothers have found success through their own music groups. This makes her feel that she has to fight out of their shadows through her own success.
She’s balancing school work, judo training, and rehearsals/performances almost all the time.
Yuri is considered the mom of the group as she has helped everyone in one way or another. However, she still can’t keep Aiko under control.
Did I mention she also writes and mixes their music? :)
☆ Aiko refuses to back down from a challenge, no matter who it’s from.
Everything is a challenge to this girl. Everything.
You look at her weird when she’s shopping? It’s a challenge. You mock her rapping skills out on the streets? She’s coming for your kneecaps.
Now if only she can apply that to her school work-
☆ Aiko is actually one of the worst dancers in the group. That still won’t stop her from kicking your ass.
Sometimes she’s off tempo or will rush through the choreography when she feels that she’s behind everyone else.
Naoki has yelled at her about it in the past during rehearsals, but she knows it’s not entirely her fault.
Aiko is self conscious about her dancing. Surprisingly, she relies heavily on Minako while they’re out on stage.
☆ Minako likes to make homemade mochi for everyone, especially on hot days.
☆ Yuri forces everyone to hang out during weekends. This also gives her an excuse to relax and take a break from, well, everything.
☆ They can never decide on what to eat when they’re out at a restaurant, please make decisions for them-
