A minor character turns out to be the villain, even better if it was someone close to the main character.
Loving someone regardless of their appearance.
Story that switches point of view, time period, mood, genre, etc., every episode/chapter/scene.
Aberrant:
deviating from the proper course
A city inside of a cage/birdcage.
Characters who hate each other get snowed in together.
Someone believed to be dead isnāt really dead.
A truck always parked in the exact same place.
A single rose on a bed of fallen leaves.
Two friends end up on different sides of a conflict but they are unable to band together because they both believe in their causes.
A pirate and a character who saves people who donāt deserve it meet in a bar.
Werewolf accidentally turns his human girlfriend into a werewolf. He freaks out and she accidentally alphas the fuck out of him because she canāt control it and heās too young to fight her power.
Reincarnation. He is an immortal being in love with the same human for thousands of years. Every time she comes back he tries for her, but sometimes she loves him and sometimes she doesnāt. She comes back one final time before he has decided to end his life because he canāt stand waiting for her anymore. He says he wants to say goodbye even though he knows itās not fair.
āYou know that feeling? The one where you just wish your mother was there to hug you and make it all better? What I feel right now is the feeling you get when you want that more than anything in the world but suddenly you remember that sheās gone and youāll never see her again.ā
Story in which two creatures/people fall in love or become friends from behind a wall/glass panel/cage.
Story so engrained in virtual reality that when you watch a movie, you are actively in the story. All of the senses can be used to interact, you even feel pain inside of it, but you are never hurt or damaged in real life since itās all mental. You can set the difficulty level of your story, too. Higher paying players can put aĀ ādeath blockā on your character so you canāt die in the film and will therefore make it to the end.
Where to go from there: Maybe people start actually dying or get stuck in the game/film.
Werewolves are touch-telepaths and need physical contact to survive.
Alice is a human in a group with a werewolf among them. At first, she thought that the pure physicality of werewolf Bruceābumping shoulders, physical guidance, etc.āwas a display of dominance, a reminder that he was bigger and stronger than her.
Now, though, sheās beginning to suspect that this werewolf is starved of touch, that itās not aggression but need that makes him grip her shoulder to get her attention or stand far too close so that she has to physically nudge him out of the way of her work.
