please read at least this paragraph to the end. i know many people roll their eyes and scroll when they are told to apply the law of assumption, be persistent and ignore 3d. you may think that this is long, tedious and will not work, and you’d better try that new x method, thanks to which you will definitely shift or enter the void tonight. “i have difficult circumstances. i need this today. i don’t want to waste time on the law of assumption”. okay, and how many of “those nights” have passed? how many years have you been trying? how many times have you achieved success after making such statements? how many times have you disregarded the law and woken up again in this reality without your desires? and how many more years are you going to waste your time? break the cycle. in a week in goddess state, you will achieve more than if you tried a new method every day for a year

“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it
don't think that negative thoughts are ruining your progress or that you have to start over. no, as long as you are on a mental diet, you are doing everything right. by the way, posts about mental diet that you must read:

MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want
by the way, manifest something "unrealistic". telekinesis, magic wand, the ability to fly or talk to animals. there’s nothing difficult about randomly remembering once a day that you can fly, right? let your subconscious know that you can literally do anything
PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you don’t feel guilty or angry because you’re too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it
yes, i know it’s strange to hear from someone who previously published methods. ah, but what's the difference? it was a long time ago and not true. now i make myself comfortable on the bed and let my thoughts flow. if i want, then i fantasize about all sorts of things, if i want, then I think about the desired reality. and only sometimes i affirm that i have mastered void, shifting, lucid dreams, sleep paralysis. i think a little about my happy life, only because i accidentally remembered it. i don't force myself to do anything i don't want to do
i say again, i am firmly against the methods! in order to shift, you don’t need to lie motionless in the starfish position for two hours. just decide! be persistent! but if you still want to do it your way, then do it right. if your attempt is unsuccessful, do not react to 3d. decide what you shifted. decide that you have entered the void state. remember the mental diet. however i still recommend not doing the methods
MENTAL DIET
it’s better, of course, to decide that negative thoughts don’t arise in you, but if they do arise, replace them with positive ones. pay attention to your inner conversation. again, if a negative thought arises, immediately replace it with a positive one. replace one negative thought with 10 positive ones
“i woke up again in the current reality” >>> “i’m so happy that i woke up in my desired reality. i’m a master of shifting. in addition, i mastered the void, lucid dreams, sleep paralysis. and i always get what i want instantly”

something like this. have you read those posts about the mental diet, the link to which i left at the top? don't forget about such a wonderful thing as revision. if you forgot about the mental diet and indulged in negative thoughts all day, then just change your memories. “i’m so proud that i only had positive thoughts today”
LIAR
there are times when you have to break a mental diet. what to do? lie. say the “truth” out loud, but in your mind persistently deny it. for example, your mother asked how you passed your physics test. give her an “honest” answer, but mentally affirm over and over again that you passed the test. review this moment. but if someone on this site asks you, for example, have you ever shifted, you can either safely ignore it, or say that you have already shifted a million times because you decided so
TIME
stop waiting. stop waiting for you to shift or enter the void state. stop waiting for your first lucid dream, sleep paralysis and astral projection. time doesn’t exist you already have your desires. if you notice that you are waiting for your manifestations, then immediately remind yourself that you already have everything you want! don't count the hours, days, weeks. there is only the eternal now and it is up to you to decide what you are thinking about at this moment
“i hope i enter the void before friday” >>> “wait a minute. so i already enter the void every night. i just need to close my eyes for two seconds and i immediately induce pure consciousness”
“i've been applying the law of assumption for a week now, but nothing has changed” >>> “what the hell week? i literally have lucid dreams my whole life and wake up in the void state, in sleep paralysis and the desired reality 5 times a night”
“if i persist for two weeks, i will finally shift to desired reality” >>> “goddess, i'm in my desired reality right now. i'm a master shifter. shifting is very easy. i'm already shifted”
“when will 3d reflect 4d?” >>> “3d has already reflected my 4d. 3d instantly shows me my desires. what is time lag? this is the first time i've heard of this”
if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for manifestation, immediately change this thought to a positive one. forget about waiting and worry. these feelings will not make your life better. forget about such nonsense as time lag
CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all
do you have painful periods? cry, don’t hold back your tears, but insist that this is not so. be persistent in the fact that you have pain-free periods
are your abusive parents beating you again? scream and cry with anger, hit the pillow, but please ignore the 3d. repeat again and again that you are already in your desired reality, where you have loving parents
are you angry because all the housework is on you? no, no, convince yourself that you are not washing the floors right now. no, your useless brother does, and in the meanwhile you are enjoying a delicious cake
know that it is never too late to change negative thoughts to positive ones. even if two hours ago you reacted to 3d and cried bitterly, cursing your life, now you can decide that this did not happen. i don’t think i want to leave links to posts about revision for the third time. i hope you have already read them. in very emotional moments, try to remind yourself that your thoughts create your 3d reality

The ability to have control over spatial dimensions which allows the user to warp, fold or tear apart space itself. This power includes teleportation across vast distances, creating wormholes, or distorting space to trap objects or beings.
Some examples are teleporting through entire galaxies, creating pocket dimensions and trapping planets.
Matter manipulation:
Able to control and transmute matter on a cosmic level. The user can create, destroy or reshape matter to their will, affecting planets, stars or entire star systems.
You can turn planets or anything in general into energy, reshape celestial bodies and create planets from nothing.
Absorption of cosmic energy:
The power to absorb energy from celestial bodies like, stars, planets and even the fabric of space. The energy can be used to fuel other powers or be released in destructive blasts.
You can drain a sun in exchange for immense power, absorb the energy of a black hole or use cosmic radiation to enhance your abilities including physical or mental ones.
Cosmic manipulation:
Be able to manipulate the cosmos and the force of the universe itself. Manipulating the cosmos means that you can control phenomena like black holes, supernovas, dark matter and gravitational fields.
You can control the expansion of the universe, create, neutralize or destroy black holes and control dark energy to affect universal forces.
Telekinesis:
This power is telekinesis but with a twist- it's on a cosmic scale. Telekinesis on a cosmic scale can affect objects at vast distances, across galaxies. You can move stars, planets and galaxies with your power.
Using this power you can move entire star systems, throw planets or asteroids on enemies and reshape celestial bodies using telekinetic force.
I shift by changing my 4d and then my 3d changes. I've been applying brazen impudence; "Not taking no for an answer."
Like last night! I said to myself, while in the kitchen:
"Believe it or not, I am (dr name) right now." and I gaslit myself. I was like:
"I can see anything, hear anything, touch anything, and I'm STILL in my dr. Isn't that crazy?" Like nothing could tell me otherwise, I gaslight myself like a bitch. Hell nah, I'm not letting circumstances tell me otherwise. I live this life like the bratty god i am. If I said I'm there, I'm there. If I said it's mine, it's mine. What's confusing? Get the fuck outta my way, thank you.
I got in the shower and I was like: "I can't wait for this dinner party," shaved, did my hair, and got cozy. Literally had an entire conversation in the shower about how I'm so excited to see s/o at the party and let my thoughts run about my day in my DR. Imitating what I'd be like if i was already there. In my 4D, I was "getting ready for a party" in my dr. In the 3D, getting ready for bed.
I play this reality like a fiddle. It's fun.

◠◠ ﹫ RECIPE BOOK this one is more a pinterest board I have for my drs, but it's literally where I save recipes that look good and script I have a recipe book with all those recipes in my desired reality (because sometimes good food is the greatest motivation)
◠◠ ﹫ FANFICTION exactly what it sounds like! you can visualize these are fans writing these stories or these are just your daydreams written down, either way it's a really fun and creative way to give yourself some motivation. also remember, they don't have to be romantic!
◠◠ ﹫ DIARY write diary entries as your dr self. write for the more exciting days like holidays or other big events, but also write for the mundane days, days where you had the flu, days where you spent the whole day on the couch! this just really helps with visualization.
◠◠ ﹫ SPECIAL SPOTS places that have a special place to your dr self! you can script why they're special, how far away they are, how often you go, the products//services they provide, etc.
◠◠ ﹫ INTERVIEW basically just write out interview questions and how your dr self would answer them! another fun way to work on motivation, visualization, and channeling your dr.
◠◠ ﹫ FUTURE PLANS where do you want to move to? are you going to remain where you currently live forever? do you want a different//additional career in the future? do you want kids? do you want to get married? etc.
◠◠ ﹫ BUCKETLIST figure out what kinds of things you want to do in your dr! some things I have on my bucket list are seeing every bear species in person, taking a road trip across all the national parks in my country, and going to the san diego zoo!
i've recently been doing research on why awake methods seem to be "ineffective" for me and using tarot cards to get deeper personal insight on what i should do differently and instead i ended up exploring a rabbit hole on spirituality and meditation.
i feel that maybe this resonates for many people and could be really helpful in allowing yourself to successfully shift; during awake methods sometimes you may be deep into your attempt and suddenly get a gut feeling that "nothing is working" or even a sudden deep urge to open your eyes and confirm that "you're still here", the best way i could describe this is as for example: i may be affirming that i am present in my intended reality constantly and within a good amount of minutes of doing so my thoughts will strongly waver towards disproving that and completely counterarguing it, trying desperately to remind me that i am still in my cr or that i should open my eyes. a sort of huge wave of disappointment.
this is whole experience in meditation is named by many different terminologies in the spiritual community such as: "the ego self" or in other words "the guardian" (rudolf steiner’s esoteric teachings) and it refers to your engrained beliefs that you learn based off of your experiences in this original reality, it's an attempt for your consciousness to make logical sense of the sudden loss of control and the shift that is beginning to take place.

(i'll probably go into more depth on this diagram on another post) !
it means that you are actually approaching and are close to shifting or if anything your "attempt" is working so deeply that as a result you're threatening your own beliefs of what physical reality is, who and where you are so much so that you've awaken or encountered (3.4.3) your "ego", a self defense to make sense of everything. you're rewriting your identity as a being and that is seen as a threat your physical body and so it desperately tries to make sense of this experience. it's not a flaw it's actually an attempt at your self trying to protect yourself from the unfamiliar.
this is important and where shifters say "let go" or have "patience" it applies here, do not fight the doubts or insecurities that come, persist in the feeling of knowing you are shifting and surrender to it, acknowledge each urge but understand that it does not defy nor control your abilities, remember that you are more than your physical self, take each thought as a wave count to 30 if you need to, the longer you persist and do not fight but rather alchemize these thoughts, the more they'll quieten until they become nothing and gradually you'll enter a deeper state and sink, losing awareness of your reality each time.
you are able to shift with doubts. you do not have to fight them, you have to acknowledge them and realise you hold more power. each time you fight them the more power you give these thoughts and the less you'll allow yourself to flow.
at certain point you'll reach a deep meditative state where you're free of any thoughts and your doubts do not seem as having much power, you're unaware of your surroundings and completely free of anything, free of expectations of what reality is and what we're "able to do" and most importantly free of any reality. that is when grounding affirmations can redirect your subconscious completely to another reality.
so anytime you've taken a shifting awake method attempt and felt "nothing is working" remember you were closer than you think.

i’m begging you to never ever give up on shifting. it found you for a reason. you deserve to shift. you deserve to experience what those realities offer to you. it is worth it. if you’ve lost motivation or feel yourself running out of it, please just be reminded that you owe it to yourself, the you now and the you that was so fucking excited to learn what shifting was. the you that realized all you dreams can be true.
you deserve to be loved by someone fully. someone devoted only ever to you. someone who loves you loudly and unapologetically. someone who loves you as easy as they breath. someone who cares about the little things. someone who would do anything for you. someone who knows all your favorite things. someone who knows the things you don’t like and why you don’t like them. someone obsessed with you in the way that you’re obsessed with them. someone who goes out of their way for you and would do everything to reach you.
you deserve friends that stick up for you. friends that listen to you. friends you can trust and that can trust you. friends that will answer a call from you no matter the time. friends that know how to cheer you up. friends who make you laugh. friends who make you feel included. friends that make you feel valued.
you deserve family. not family only by blood, but family by love. a family that loves you. a family you love. a family that treats you correctly. a family that cares for you. a family that respects you and your opinions. a family willing to do anything and everything for you. a family that would go to war for you.
you deserve a life without feeling doomed. a life not spent hiding who you are. a life where you aren’t always looking to escape. a life of adventures. a life full of love. a life of magic. a life of travel. a life of fortune. a life with powers. a life in space. a life on sea. a life with things others view as fantasies. a life with literally anything you want. shifting found you and is a part of you. you deserve what it can bring you. please never give up on that.

it happened for me properly when i got off of shiftblr and shifttok. not to say that these aren’t good communities with worthwhile information, but for most people, there’s no need to linger here.
if you’re honest with yourself, everything you read lately is a different angle on the same point, or something you already knew. don’t force yourself to overthink. you know more than enough by this point.

Manifestation clicked for me. I've always been good at manifesting and I don't spiral because I already have whatever I want and I don't set deadlines because it would make no sense for me like how are you going to declare you have something one moment then search for it. I will no longer entertain old me, old thoughts and old worlds because the moment I decided. It became true. When something is true , you don't go check for it and that's the only realisation I ever needed to live in the end. Being consistent and living in the end is something I've always done. I've always been so good at manifesting like damn that's crazy I spawn shit out of nowhere in seconds. My stuff never took days or weeks. It spawned in front of me upon my decisions and that's when people knew they shouldn't play around with me because my words dictate the power I hold. I'm god and every second is living proof. I don't settle for less because I know my worth and I'm the shit and that's it. End of the story. I don't look back because there's nothing. Time isn't linear nor is any past I've unclaimed therefore anything I ever wanted to be is me now and no power in this world can control the abilities I own and there will never be a powerful manifestor like me ever again. I don't wait hours , days and years because I've always been able to manifest the things others dream of having. I've always been the one that the crowd looks up to when they see true manifestation skills in and it flows to me naturally. I don't have to try, I just know I got it and then I got it in the physical world because the physical world can't help but catch up to me. No one in this world can control me because I control everything including the people, the circumstances and the situations. Everything works for me because I'm god and that's the only realisation I've ever needed to feel great every morning and night.

a success story for the hoes who came from the trenches of shifting info like I did (draco/shifttok 2020).
The Night It Happened:
This is gonna piss yall all the way tf off. When they said it was as easy as breathing, that should've been an affirmation that yall saturated your subconscious with to manifest.
I lay there one night, probably around 3:00am. A girl can procrastinate shifting at times, ngl. I'm lowkey scared of the actual concept of it because it's still so alien to me, but hey. I'm finally typing out a success story, aren't I??? Emotions don't manifest, beliefs and thoughts do.
I told myself: "I am in control of my body and mind. There is nothing outside of me that has a say in my desires or action. I am the god of my reality. Anything I say goes..." blah blah blah I went on a very short rampage. When I say short, i mean short. By the way all of that was free styled. I just tried to remind myself of the law of assumption I learned. Just a reminder not really affirming, I guess. Maybe.
"I intent to shift to the reality where ___." Explaining the little details of the reality I wanted to go to. And after I named a few things about my life there: "I live alone and am not in contact with my family. I am in senior year." <- Initially I wanted to shift to my Hogwarts reality.
Then I lay down.
I listened to a Hypnosis, but not really... Like i sort of just had it as background noise and i tried to follow along but I was so tired.
THE SHIFT:
I had decided that I have shifted, applying LOA and ignoring the 3D. But I remember that i was thinking of my Hogwarts Reality and I remember thinking: "I comparison to literally just living out a revised and happier version of this reality and suddenly experiencing a world with overstimulating magic and shit, I'd rather be in my happier reality."
So I, not contradicting my 4d (since in my mind, I've decided to follow the story that I've shifted) and so I decided to **Shift** back in my head with affirmations so i said my safe word and then told myself that I shifted back to the reality that I plan to respawn to. My happier reality. I keep ignoring the 3D. So now the assumption is that I'm in my happier reality (where I am also a master shifter) and I've shifted back from Hogwarts. 100% playing along with the 4D and ignoring the 3D.
I lay there half-awake half asleep. Like i was GONE but awake, yk? Some folks talk about the state akin to sleep. That's what i was in, I guess. Body asleep, mind awake and trying to follow along with the hypnosis but I was slowly out of it and then
Boom.
It felt like I was pulled or something and then immediate temperature change. I shifted to my "better world" reality, basically a reality where I have all of my manifestations. It was dark, I was laying on my couch (since I have my own home there) and It was cold.
I was there. I shifted. Just like that.
The Mindset Change:
I came from TikTok's that told me I had to do my homework, drink water, and lay in a star fish position in order to do a subconscious practice...
Physical chores for a Mental practice... So law of attraction based and I'm a law of attraction hater, idc.
Because I believe in Law of Assumption, everything I say must be the truth. I am very careful about how I speak to myself and what I manifest. Every thought is an assumption and manifestation.
I don't tell myself that It takes days, months, or years anymore. That's what led to all this delaying. Those are assumptions you manifest. I simply stopped. The only thing your subconsious responds with is "yes". That's why dominant and repeated thoughts and beliefs are proven true. Now why would you tell it that shifting is hard? And stop opening your eyes and telling your blind subconscious that You are anywhere but in your DR.
I decided that I’m going to lock in and do @princessaffirms 30 day saturation challenge because I’m tired of being a victim in my own reality and IM GOING TO ACHIEVE MY DREAM LIFE because I DESERVE IT!!!!
I was initially going to just focus on self concept but since my finals are coming up and I want to get into social media, so I decided on 4 desires.
1) Self Concept (of course both manifesting & shifting)
2) Beauty (face and body)
3) Brains (intelligence, aceing/topping all my exams)
4) Social Media (gaining a following & engagement etc).
