🔒✨ LOCK-IN SATURATION CHALLENGE ✨🔒
(30 days to lock your desired reality into your subconscious: let’s do it TOGETHER!)
hi angels !! 🕊️💗 this is the official post for my new challenge! for 30 days we’re going to “lock in” our manifestations together by doing simple, powerful daily saturation sessions, and STICKING TO IT!!
🌸 THE IDEA
the subconscious loves repetition + spaced intervals. if you flood it with your new identity multiple times a day, it stops feeling like a wish and starts feeling like fact. this challenge is a collective “install” of our desired realities. the main purpose is to hold you (and i!) accountable + consistent with persisting in our desired realities, so if you waver, you can get realigned at the next checkpoint of the challenge (morning, afternoon, night saturation sessions)!
++ of course, the COMMUNITY ASPECT OF IT 🫂🤍(my fave part): holding each other accountable and consistent with persisting until our affirmations feel less like faraway hopeful wishes, and more like pure FACT!! because they are!!
🪄 THE CHALLENGE
three 5–10 minute saturation sessions per day:
☆ MORNING -> right after waking up 🌤️
☆ AFTERNOON –> a mid-day lock-in reset + realignment ⛅️
☆ NIGHT -> last thing before bed so your subconscious drifts off to sleep, marinating in your new reality 🌙
₊˚⊹♡ “HOW MANY DESIRES SHOULD I SATURATE FOR?”
you don’t necessarily have to stick to just 1 desire/manifestation focus! you can totally saturate for multiple if you feel you have the capacity for it! i’d personally do 1 separate session for each desire so i can really get in there and focus on installing each specific thing, but do whatever you feel best with and whatever’s most effective for YOU!
if you find that you tend to struggle a bit with resistance, or you’re still fully grasping the fact that you CAN manifest anything you want (maybe dealing with ego-related limitations you still wanna work through), i’d suggest focusing on just one main desire/focus for this challenge! if you feel like you wanna add more later, go for it! but start with just 1 first to simplify things for you. <3
you can also try saturating using an umbrella affirmation that’s a bit more general and encompasses/implies your smaller, more specific desires!
for example: “i am a successful social media influencer” instead of doing separate saturation sessions for followers, brand deals, comments, etc.

answer the daily prompt!! talk about success stories, updates, whatever you want related to your journey and this challenge !!
