hi, i hate having to ask for help but my family and i are currently in a very bad financial situation. tl;dr is that we might not have a place to live soon, but to get into more detail my dad lost his job six months ago for unfair reasons which i won't get into here, and still hasnt been able to find a job despite how long hes been looking (not his fault, the job market just sucks). i have a job right now, but despite asking for 3 days per week + 8 hours each day worked at minimum when i first started working here, my job has only been scheduling me one day a week, with 3-4 hours work that day, including two entire weeks where i haven't been scheduled a shift at all. my mom works full-time in retail, so most of the money comes from her (i usually end up only being able to pay one or two of the bills), but it's not sustainable for us to only rely on her for all of the money. because of this, if my dad doesn't get hired soon, we may not have a place to live.
i don't have a set goal for this, so any amount of money helps. along with this, i am also opening FOUR slots for commissions and you can choose yourself what you want to pay. i cannot emphasize enough how scared and desperate i am, i will literally take any amount of money for commissions. some examples of my work below vvv (rendered + one sketch example)
i'll draw rendered, flat colors, sketches, whatever. i don't mind. i just don't want to draw anything nsfw, nudity, anything bigoted, or anything condoning abuse (pedophilia, incest, etc). VERY IMPORTANT: please note if you decide to take a commission from me, because of school, mental health reasons, and the amount of detail i put into my art, i work very slowly and it may take up to 1-2 months for it to be completed. i cannot work on a deadline. however, i try to work on art everyday so it will be completed, and i will update you to let you know if theres any issues that might arise that could delay your commission (ie school, health issues, anything like that). i also will update you during the process of commissioning, such as during the sketches, lineart, and rendering to make sure everything is accurate to how you want it.
