I just. I don’t like this view of “millennials vs Gen Z”. This is NOT supposed to be a competition of who got fucked over the most and who’s “actually fighting back”.

Millennials are fighting back just by surviving in a job market where the minimum wage doesn’t cover the living cost. Millennials are awesome at “killing” the diamond, golfing and napkins industries. Millennials are using the internet to make sure things that corporations want to keep in the dark are exposed. They’re open LGBTQIA-friendly business, they’re supporting each other with online donations so everyone can survive this shitty economy.

And the Gen Z kids? The Gen Z kids are rad. I remember a post about something like the millennials making a collective promise to never become a disenchanted generation that only criticizes the next one and I want to point out that this “millennials vs gen z” trend is trying to do exactly that: split us apart. Prevent millennials from being the older siblings that teach the younger siblings to throw a good punch and turn them into the annoyed adult complaining about “those kids” on their lawn. We are the two groups that grew in a connected world of information. We are two very unique generations.

I think that it’s our duty for us millennials, as a disrespected, underpaid, very angry generation to stand up by our younger siblings, and fight together the oppressive systems that brought us all to this point.

I'm bored so I'm gonna answer the Sailor Moon Asks I just reblogged

1.) How did you discover Sailor Moon?

Youtube! When I was around 10, every morning before school I was allowed to watch anime on my IPod while I ate breakfast. I noticed the first episode of the English dub in the reccomended and click it, and I was instantly mesmerized.

2.) Favorite Senshi?

Sailor Jupiter! Makoto is my absolute queen, she was my first big female anime crush. I wanted to be just like her when I got older. (Spoiler I've turned into Usagi lmao)

3.) Least favorite senshi?

If I had to pick, the Sailor Starlights. I hate their designs and personalities.

4.) Favorite transformation?

Chibiusa's transformation into Black Lady! Have I mentioned I want Black Lady to step on me-

5.) Favorite outfit?

This is a weird flex, but I love King Endymion's outfit. He looks so handsome!

6.) Who is the least appreciated character?

Tbh I think it's Sailor Neptune! Michiru is so pretty and sweet, I feel like she only gets appreciation if she's with Haruka.

7.) Who would be my instant BFF?

Probably Minako! I think she would be the scout I'd get along with best!

8.) Favorite episode?

Episode 60, "Usagi times two!" aka, the episode where Chibiusa appears! This episode was hilarious to me, and it still is!

9.) What is my favorite song? (English or Japanese)

Moon Pride! We'll get to my thoughts on Sailor Moon Crystal later, but I'm obsessed with Moon Pride! I'm actually listening to it while I write this lol

10.) What part of Sailor Moon made me cry?

When Usagi and Mamoru broke up. I cried that entire episode, I couldn't believe Mamoru would break up with Usagi like that!

Sailor Moon R! If you couldn't tell lol

I don't actually have one since I haven't seen the movies in a long time.

I hate them. I never liked them, I didn't like their designs, personalities, and even voices.

The last season because I didn't want it to end!

When I first saw her when I was like 10/11 I didn't like her. Now, I love her! I love how she and Usagi bicker, and their relationship makes me really happy. Even if they bicker, they're always sweet in the end.

20.) Thoughts on Sailor Moon Crystal?

I HATE IT!! I love Moon Pride, but Crystal is god awful! The anatomy and animation are abominations, the story is changed a bit, and the random 3D animation doesn't look good. I was excited when I heard they were doing a remake, but it turned out awful.
