My brother used to be lactose intolerant.

Used to be

That kid would eat blocks of cheese as a meal. He would cut off chunks and leave them around the house until they got all gross and sweaty and then, like a predator returning to the sight of his kill, he would return and devour it.

His body just gave up the battle and somehow, against all odds, started digesting the lactose in the cheese. His doctors said they’d never seen anything like it.

To this day, me and my mother still believe that child is a changeling because that’s not even the weirdest shit hes done. Not even close.
