The reason the “pro-lifers don’t care about children after they give birth” fallacy exists is because everyone cares about children after birth.
Pro-lifers are the only ones who care about the child before birth as well.
Organizations that help pregnant mothers and their preborn children are called pro-life charities.
Organizations that help children and their families after birth are called children’s charities.
Pro-life Christians support both, but you don’t hear as much about pro-lifers supporting the latter because they’re not called pro-lifers then - they’re just called charitable.
