but uh, basically, my cougar theriotype has reallyyyy been restless recently, and i didn't want to interfere with my border collie blog lmao (@bordercollie-blues if anybody's interested 😌🤟)

so yeah, i'm your basic-ass Puma concolor, except, based around the end of the last ice age??? somewhere between 15-10k years ago???? if that makes sense?? that sure was a trip to figure out, i'll tell you what

while they aren't relevant to this blog, in addition to mountain lion and border collie, i am also a pseudaelurus therian, a werewolf, wolf-hearted, and am questioning some flavor of sea lion theriotype :3

advice for alterhumans : build your territory

you don’t need a forest or mountains.

territory can be a chair by the window.

a walking route you take every evening.

going to the same coffee play everyday -

return to the same places. sit there regularly. let your body recognize : this is mine. this is safe. this is my territory -

territory isn’t about ownership. it’s about familiarity. a space where your nervous system doesn’t have to stay alert.

wild animals don’t wander endlessly. they move within a range they know. create places your body can come back to. create something thats yours.

it can be as simple as a place in your room. make it accessible for you. make it yours. 🐾 💫

while i dont mind being perceived as human (..mostly) i want humans to look at me and know something isnt quite right. my figure is a little off, or my mannerisms doesnt seem like i was raised in society. my interest dont really match up with typical human ones. my favorite things to do might seem normal, but the way i perform is not the societal way. i wanna fit into a crowd, but i want to just barely do so
