Roger Vivier. Henri Rousseau- inspired window display...with a pineapple.
Prada Accessories. London Windows March 2014.
Primary shades and fun purse overflow in the Prada London windows this month. Playful and striking: it's simple and it works. Slick as ever.
Valentino Purses, New Bond Street. London Windows March 2014.
Zodiac-clasp tassel-clutch display: only 11? Maybe they sold one off the display :)
Louis Vuitton, New Bond Street, London March 2014. Colour-matching/ tone-on-tone and vibrant primary shades.
Furla accessories on Regent Street. March 2014.
Burberry accessories/ New Bond Street windows March 2014. Love the articulated hands and the gold detailing, there is a bold uniformity to the composition which really celebrates each piece. Simple, blocky colour-families and product grouping with a great use of repetition.
Mirrored plinths / neon tubes / jungle foliage & florals at Dior. One simple element in enough bulk and with consideration for composition and impact. While faux foliage is a bit naff, the technicolour neon tubes lift the window and ensure it can be seen right from the end of New Bond Street ;)
There's a few births on the horizon: just so i'm prepared for when my expectant friends get their main 'deliveries' from The Stork, I made some 'Hooray!' stork-themed cards.
Crystal birds /1 Designs for cards. Quartz flamingos (pink...of course) and a ruby faceted red-breasted robin. Photo-collage and some vector work.
COS March 2014.
Recycling some ex-display kit: geometric chandeliers from our Regent Street Christmas scheme. Made for us by the good chaps at SFD London. Filched a couple and installed them at home.....nice :) http://www.sfd.co.uk/
My ace new London Outline prints by Jon Spencer. I'm in love with this city...these skyline prints are from a live project by London artist Jon Spencer, exploring the myriad ways in which our city's skyline is adopted, stylised and reimagined by designers. Another example of London awesomeness. http://londonoutline.tumblr.com/ http://www.jonspencer.co.uk/The-London-Outline www.studiojonspencer.co.uk www.jonspencer.co.uk
Someday my Plinth will come….. Fun and bright display columns at Selfidges. Colour-matched to the product: eye catching and vibrant. Faux-grass Whimsy at Bottega Venetta and high-end chic (what else?) at Prada.
Rain windows at Hackett.
