Cute 1930 Tex/Mex style home in Salem, Va is so reasonably priced. 3bd, 1ba, 1,628sqft, $275k. And, it has a separate art studio.

You enter a large front foyer and there's a large coat closet, but the wood ceiling has thick beams and also there's a lovely cupboard in the wall.

From there, cross the hall to the large living room. At the far end there are built-in shelves.

Look at how large it is.

The room continues to become a dining room area.

It's right outside the kitchen and has sliders to the patio.

The current owners have a small table, but there's plenty of room for a larger one.

The primary bedroom is very large.

The single bath is also a generous size and has lots of storage, plus a makeup vanity.

The utility room houses the washer/dryer.

There's a nice yard and a big brick patio.

I wish they would've shown the interior of the little studio.

This addition to the house is for storage.

Soft warm lights glow at night.

And, it looks so pretty in the December snow.
