And everyone is encouraging me to take a sick leave from work but I'm stupidly programmed to the fact that sick leaves are only for physical health and it just doesn't sit right with me if I got a sick leave because I'm feeling anxious because I don't have an actual diagnosis and AHHHHHHHHHHHH
