It probably isn't just me, but I feel like the most interesting relationship in E33 has to be Renoir and Aline's. Like they have at least 4 different versions of the same song of them arguing with each other, with each still declaring their love for each other.

In addition, Renoir spoke about how he nearly lost himself in a Canvas, and Aline brought him out. And that's why he knows so well about how enthralling it and intoxicating a Canvas is, which he's using to convince Alicia/Maelle to leave Verso's. What's the story there?

I sincerely love how Renoir and Aline's relationship went from lovers to enemies to lovers, and this toxic old couple is my favorite ship of the game. Like before Verso died, I wonder what both of them were like and what their relationship was like because it's obvious that Verso's death significantly changed the both of them.

Also, in case Verso haters forget, the Axon is based on the real Verso. Meaning real Verso is using masks, while he is a person who would throw away his life to save his sister.

So if you think painted Verso only inherited the bad things, you are wrong.

Also, he definitely has a connection to the soul.

I dont think painted Verso is a saint. He caused great pain to Maelle and obviously to people in Lumiere to bring out the truth and force everybody to move on. But he is not the selfish heartless bastard some people make him out to be.

I think his connection to the soul makes him tired. Tired of life.

Because how come pAlicia and pRenoir is not as depressed as him? They also know they are just copies.
