Kataang week 2022 Day 1 - Admiration

I'm pretty sure you didn't see that one coming, did you?

Day One - Admiration

This started out as a sketch for a different prompt but, that one didn't make it (can you guess what one).

This is Aang and Katara in a take on the Tibetan chupa garment, and traditional boots called lham (Katara also has a Korean daenggi at the end of her hair). All can be made out of pulu, woolen fabric. So, Appa is not in this picture, but he's in this picture ;)

I’ve had this image of Aang and Katara cloudbending stuck in my head for several weeks now but was holding off on it so I could submit it for @kataang-week! It doesn’t really fit any of the prompts so it’s for the free day I guess. Anyway, I love that cloudbending is a thing they can do together.
