This month, is a month of acknowledgment.

Everything that has caused you to betray your inner voice, knowing, and path are the things that are simply holding you still.

This month, we wake up early, we allow ourselves the space to feel, to self regulate, and give ourselves permission to let go if it doesn’t align with our inner push forward. All things holding us back can no longer go where we are headed.

Make a list of the things you’d like to see for yourself by the end of this year and remember, you still have time to get there.
