to describe this sensation - i feel like there are these massive eels gliding at a fixed pace through my lower abdomen. their movements are independent of whatever is going on outside but they put me in such discomfort and anxiety. I cant seem to beat them to death no matter how hard i hit my stomach.

Drinking warm coffee does soothe that sinking feeling alittle but it makes my heart palpitate faster and my head contract harder.
