killing stalking is a very well written story with amazing art. koogi is very talented. and, yes, i am a fan of this story. but, this is a PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR story.  this is not romantic. this is not to be romanticized. it is triggering. and not for everyone. (and that’s FINE.) just like it is FINE for all the people that do read and get into this story as well. so, what i would like to remind the KS fandom of, something we already should have been DOING, but especially after this chapter (than even had a viewer discretion warning of it’s own put in for the first time ever in the whole story), please TAG your posts about killing stalking. this story deals with physical abuse, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, psychological abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, self harm and other depictions of intense violence.  these are things not to be taken as jokes or brushed off.  protect your followers and other people on this site.

Your thoughts on Kan//eki's reaction to Tou//ka telling him she's pregnant? Personally, it terrified me. Also it looked like the only reason he came up with marriage was her pregnancy, nothing else. I don't even know what to say anymore. Every chapter is just mindblowing in the most unpleasant way possible.

Well that certainly wasn’t the face of a guy happy to be told he’s expecting a child, and the marriage thing definitely feels like an obligatory act more than anything. The fact that Touka asked if he found a girl he liked is also yet another telling thing that they aren’t in a proper relationship… (also this whole bite marriage thing is creepy and makes no sense, like that shit ain’t gonna leave any more of a lasting mark than any other injury on a ghoul…) I did think it was interesting and kinda sad how Kaneki’s internal monologue when Touka told him about being pregnant was “well yeah there’s that, but aren’t you going to say anything about your friend?” Like he seemed really weirded out by her not mentioning that more than anything, which kinda which tells me that a.) he didn’t lose his suspicions about the baby and this was just confirming it, and b.) He’s thinking about Hide and himself when he sees yoriko. And the thought of not choosing Hide, like Touka appears to not be choosing yoriko, just really throws him. But yeah yet again, they aren’t communicating, they aren’t trying to understand each other’s feelings, it’s a big mess, and I get the feeling Ishida’s trying to spin it as some great romantic tragedy but really. It’s a mess.
