Yugi would rather die than admit he has a problem but this is not quite true for Atem. Atem will totally admit internally to himself that he has a problem. however he will then stare broodily out the window and remember that he is not a real person with wants or needs or desires and therefore the problem insofar as it only affects him is not worth trying to solve or god forbid burdening any of his friends and loved ones with the knowledge thereof. so there is a problem but there might as well not be because problems that are happening to Atem do not matter. this is as opposed to Yugi who doesn't see a problem what problem there's no problem hey let's talk about something else
