Shifting motivates me regardless that I haven't shifted yet

I have been a part of the shifting community for about 5 years now, and no I haven't successfully shifted YET, but I've learned to make peace with it and it's probably the best thing I have ever done for myself and my shifting journey. I remember back when I found out about shifting through tiktok I still didn't really know what it was (because there was such a lack of information online about it or even misinformation) I genuinely didn't know what it was, how it happens or why it happens, I just learnt that I have to lay in a starfish position, count to 100 and expect it to happen (I mean it can depending on the person lol) but I feel as once I learned about shifting I became so eager to successfully shift and dive into my "dream" reality that it quicky turned into a chore and it would demotivate me from my current reality so much so I'd felt as if nothing here mattered, that all I had to do was shift and it quickly became a cycle that led me to depression, because in my head I used shifting as an escape thinking that it was a magical thing that would remove my problems. Then I took a year long break from it, and during that break I focused a lot on myself and my life, I felt so much better and I started seeing everything from a more positive perspective. And one day i randomly decided to get back to shifting, but this time I wanted to learn about it rather than so achieve it. I did a lot of research through the internet (avoiding social media platforms) and I learned that it's a totally different thing than what I thought it was back then. I learned that the universe is bigger than the human brain can precept, so big it holds unlimited other universes in which a version of me takes part, and in order to become that version of myself I can shift my awareness to whichever reality I chose, because we as humans aren't limited to just our bodies, neither are we limited to just one reality, because a core concept of the human nature is our minds, not our brain, our mind. Our minds are way more powerful than we think, but we don't realize that because our whole lives we have been pressured to believe that only physical matter is real and anything beyond it is impossible or fake. But when you tune those beliefs out and start searching for that beyond you realize your not as small as you that you were. That's what happened to me when i started learning about shifting for the second time. The fact that I am a limitless being and that i am not my body but in fact i am my soul. The fact that I am not limited to only this reality, and there being unlimited versions of me where I get to choose which one I can wake up as whenever I want. Just the thought of these facts motivates me and makes me happy, let alone a successful shift. I don't have to do it in order to believe it and to love it. And I know that I am going to successfully shift, but regardless of that just the concept of it makes me feel more free, and motivates me not only to shift but also to learn about it and to remind myself that I am unlimited.

I feel like my fyp is being filled with harmful Loa shifting takes and advice that’s just straight up wrong and contradicting. Nothing can stop you or hold you back from shifting/manifesting so i’m gonna do this as a reminder for myself and anyone else struggling that may see this

🌷You can be desperate and Still shift

🌷You can be in a negative headspace and still shift

🌷You can roll over mid method and still shift

🌷You can feel depressed and unmotivated and still shift

🌷You can have trouble fully believing in Shifting and still Shift

🌷You do not have to force yourself to ignore your current circumstances and emotions to Shift especially if you are dealing with disabilities, chronic illnesses, Abusive households etc

🌷Remind yourself that you can shift in any mindset because you can shifting is inevitable and nothing can hold you back from shifting

The most helpful Shifting advice you could ever give is to tell people to remind themselves that they can shift no matter what emotional state they are experiencing Whether that’s sadness, anger, desperation, demotivation, lack of confidence etc

I see a lot of Loa shifters on here spreading that certain negative emotional states can hold them back from shifting as well as trying to attach reasons as to why people haven’t shifted yet and it’s so contradictive harmful and limiting

The way I see it that’s just creating the assumption in people’s minds that if they are feeling desperate, unmotivated or any type of negative emotion then it’s gonna hold them back from shifting and they’re not gonna shift and that’s just gonna cause spiraling and cause people to surpress their negative emotions instead of acknowledging them and reminding themselves that it has no affect on their ability to shift

Law of Assumption can be a helpful tool to shift but i feel like a lot of law of assumption advice being given on here is just straight up contradictive harmful and actually over complicating things and it doesn’t keep people in mind who are dealing with sicknesses disabilities and depressing circumstances in this reality

The point of Law of assumption is that your assumptions create your reality so why would you want to instill the assumption in people or even yourself that natural human emotions/reactions can hold you back from shifting rather than the assumption that you can shift in any state and nothing can affect your ability to shift

But that’s just my opinion 🫡

To summarize: how to shift + loa + divinity is fake + answer to "why can't I shift" PART 1

When you strip away the quantum buzzwords, shifting is about redefining your sensory data. Right now, your brain is locked onto this reality because its reacting to what your eyes see and what your hands touch. To shift, you have to make your Dr more "real" to your awareness than the room you are currently sitting in.

Pick one specific sensation, just one. Thats the logic between "wr scent" or "script that a song will play when you shift" advices. It could be easy things like lavender, chocolate or your favorite perfume and as for sounds it could be sea waves, phone ringing or like I said , a song.

Force the 3d to match this. As you lie there, tell yourself "the reason I feel this bed under me is because it's my Dr bed." If you hear a car outside, it’s a car outside your Dr house. Youu are reinterpreting your current environment until your brain accepts the new context.

So many of you are done with loa, but usually, that’s because people use it as a magic spell. In reality, its a mental filter. If you wake up and think "dammit, im still here," you have just successfully manifested being here. Wake up and decide "im currently in my dr, but my vision hasn't fully rendered yet. I’m just going about my morning until the 3d catches up." It removes the frantic energy. You arent a seeker anymore, you know this reality is fleeting and temporary.

The biggest irony of shifting is that the more desperate you are to leave, the more you anchor yourself to the reality you’re trying to escape. Desperation is a massive tether to your cr. Think of it like this; if youre trying to fall asleep, and you stare at your eyelids and scream at your brain to SLEEP NOW, you will stay awake all night. Shifting requires that same letting go that falling asleep does.

Youve seen behind the curtain, you know the "one life, then dust" narrative is a scam and once you know that, you can't exactly go back to being a normal person. Treat this reality like a pre rcorded video. If you’re watching a movie and the main character is in jail, you don't panicking thinking you are in jail. You know you're the one sitting in the theater. When you wake up here, look at your walls and think "cute. Nice projection. But I know where I actually am." Do not let the 3d have the final word on your identity.

If you feel anxious version of yourself rising up, check these three things:

- Am I seeking proof? (If yes, you're acting like a mortal, when you're pure awareness and SHOULDN'T hand your power to anyone or anything else.)

- Am I waiting for a shift to happen? (If yes, you're placing the power outside yourself.)

- Am I defining myself by my current surroundings? (If yes, you're letting the 3d tell you youre bounded by this reality's rules instead of the pure awareness).

“for as long as i can remember, it always felt like i was stuck in an endless loop of failures. i knew where i wanted to go, i did my shifting attempt, but then just woke up here again literally no matter what i did. it honestly drove me crazy, because why is this shit not working for me?

while i knew that nothing in this reality could stop me from shifting, it clearly had to be something. and it was. it turns out that all roads lead back to me. i’m the one who’s not letting myself shift. it’s me. it has always been me.

because there was always something going on. if i didn’t feel motivated, i woke up here. if i had plans the next few days, i woke up here. if i felt like i had to do more, i woke up here. despite ignoring those thoughts! and that’s what was so frustrating. no matter what i did, it kept ending the same way.

but now, knowing i’m the one holding myself back, it makes so much sense. not because i choose to wake up here, but because it’s a subconscious belief, thinking everything has to be perfect. that’s why it keeps repeating. not because i can’t shift, but because i let that part of me take over.”

— this is something i found out about myself a little while ago and it was honestly such a relief finally knowing what the fuck was going on! so, these past few days i’ve been robotically affirming that i will shift no matter what happens. and while i’m not allowing myself to fall back into my old identity, i still catch myself thinking literally in the middle of my shifting attempts, wondering if what i’m doing is enough.

but after watching this video, something in me genuinely woke up again. no like actually.

towards the end, shay mentioned trusting ourselves, and something in me just knew that that’s the main reason why i don’t let myself shift, because i don’t trust myself! it does sound illogical knowing that shifting is everything i want, but it makes so much goddamn sense.

if i trusted myself, would i be asking if the things i did were enough? would i be doubting my ability just because i don’t feel motivated? would i procrastinate because i have plans? would i even keep waking up here?

no the fuck i wouldn’t !!

and that’s what feels so reliving right in this moment, knowing that this identity can be changed. i can become my best self, finally allowing myself to shift.

and you can too! it’s literally all about repetition and consistency. if you remind yourself, over and over, that you trust yourself, it is going to become your reality. there’s no other outcome. don’t let anything that doesn’t align with that version of you to get in your way! decide who you are and stick to it. no. matter. what. ‹𝟹

⋆𐙚 ̊. have you ever felt unmotivated to shift out of nowhere, not felt connected to your dr, or simply thought that it would be better to try another day? let me reassure you that there’s a reason behind this pattern.

— unmotivated = your ego is purposely making you feel unmotivated to shift, so you just don’t feel like doing it

— doubts = your ego is telling you all the “what ifs” to make you hesitate

— not connected = your ego makes you think being connected to your dr is a feeling. but it’s not. so if you don’t feel connected, you assume you can’t shift. a win for the ego

— fear of change = the fear of knowing you’re going to experience a whole new life is your ego trying to keep you in what’s already familiar here

— overthinking = your ego keeps you stuck in your head, making you analyze every single thing instead of shifting

— indecisive = when you can’t decide where to shift, your ego makes you think you need to have a clear goal in mind instead of just trusting yourself

— maybe not today = your ego gives you reasons to stay and you listen every time

notice how these things usually happens right when you’re about to shift? that’s not random at all. it’s just your ego trying to keep you exactly where you are. and i can only assume it has worked, right? it’s supposed to sound convincing because your ego is meant to keep you in what already feels familiar. but the good thing is that your ego is not you! you don’t have to keep letting it make decisions for you.

“but how do i silence my ego?”

for me, it’s not about silencing it. it’s more about understanding that whenever i feel more drawn to this reality than my dr, is only because it’s my ego’s feelings and not mine. that way, it becomes much easier for me to not listen to what it’s saying. it also becomes easier to reframe those thoughts to something that aligns with my goal instead of continuing to listen to thoughts i don’t even want. it puts me in control instead of my ego!

You can't not shift.

Science says you're in your DR right now.

When you understand the principles of quantum physics, such as, superposition, you finally understand once more, that shifting is not a "journey", is a choice of awareness.

In quantum physics, a particle exists as a wave function in all possible states and locations simultaneously until theyre observed. This means the version of you who is in your DR, waking up with your desired life, is already here as a probability wave, occupying the same space as you.

The problem is,if you keep focusing your observation (awareness), on your CR , youre collapsing the wave function into this specific reality every single second. Shifting literally means changing the observer

You focus so powerfully on ur DR probability that the quantum field has no choice but to collapse that possibility into a physical fact for you.

If u truly understand superposition, you stop sayin "Im trying to shift." Because "trying" implies that the reality isn't here yet.

The logic is, "I am the sum of all my possibilities across the universe. Right now, I am tuned into this radio station aka CR, but the other station, DR isn't in another room, its playing right here on a different frequency.

The observer bends the matter.

Again, if you understand quantum physics and superposition, the question "when will it happen? ?" automatically vanishes. Cause "when" belongs to the illusion of lineer time. In the quantum field, there is only "NOW." So yes, you are in your DR right now; you are just learning how to fix your gaze aka. awareness there... .

you’re not losing interest. you’re getting close and that scares you.

why you switch drs right when you’re about to shift…

if you’re someone who has multiple drs and finds yourself constantly flipping and floating between them, never staying focused on one for an extended period of time, and call yourself “lazy” “bored” or “inconsistent” because of it, listen tf up!

i’ve found that many shifters have a specific kind of resistance to messing up. they’ll experience great progress, building their confidence more and more until they have a “breakthrough” of sorts—maybe a shift, maybe a close attempt but then, just as suddenly, poof! they’re onto a new reality! a new fixation. if that sounds like something you do, my theory is that close attempts scare you because you start holding onto the outcome more after you’ve noticed something you’ve done has worked.

and going beyond that, you’re afraid the progress you’ve made still won’t be enough to “shift you fully”.

sometimes, underneath that need to switch drs exists a persistent fear of never fully getting to a single one. it’s a fear that you may push away or not address because you enjoy the variety of options but it’s equally one that just gets bigger with time because instead of sitting in that discomfort when it comes up, your mind redirects you sneakily.

switching to a new dr is basically an escape from facing that uncomfortable vulnerability because if you keep switching before you ever “make it” you never have to face the possibility of “never” making it at all. you can easily say “well, i’ve only been focused on this dr for a couple days so it’s fine that i haven’t shifted,” and never address the reason behind the switch.

but the reason behind the switch is important. when you get close to shifting, ask yourself if you apply a subtle pressure to the next attempt you have planned? do you secretly believe that your progress has to be linear otherwise you’re right back at square one? is it possible that you switch drs so that you never have to face having the close call not turn into a successful shift shortly after? is it possible that new dr = new square?

these are all questions you should ask yourself to know if you truly resonate with this post because the next part of this is going to give you tips on what i believe you should do when this trigger to switch realities comes up. and no, i’m not telling you to just “persist” and ignore the urge without any further explanation.

first, don’t analyze the attempt to death. right after a close attempt, don’t allow your brain to indulge in all you did wrong or all you did right. all you’re doing in that moment is creating pressure around results.

shifting isn’t a chore so it shouldn’t be examined like one. acknowledge that you did a damn good job and feel the joy from that.

next, you’re going to normalize it immediately. you having a close attempt isn’t rare, it isn’t huge, it isn’t monumental. this ties into law of assumption work. if you’re someone who believes you are worthy of shifting, that your dr is not above you, and that you’re the master shifter you desire yourself to be, act like it’s something that can happen again, because it is. remember, that the more you pedestal that reality, the more you’ll have to “work” to reach it. if you act like getting close to fully shifting there is something that’s out of the ordinary for you, you’ll only make the reality seem large and daunting and serious in comparison. hence, the urge to switch realities for a “fresh start”.

third—and this is directly in tow to the second tip—release the pressure off that dr. your urge to switch drs is coming from the fact that it matters too much to you now whether you “succeed” or “fail”. so in order to remedy that, reassure yourself that you don’t have to get there the very next time. it’ll happen when it happens! i want you to keep that playful and curious energy within your attempts. you don’t need to “lock in” more directly after some success. reconnect with the dr in a casual way. intensity will breed more pressure when you’re the kind of person who avoids serious things. your dr isn’t serious. it’s just home.

and if you still find yourself wanting to switch drs after all that, sit with the urge you feel and question why. make sure it’s not stemming from a place of avoidance, pressure or fear of failure. if you feel scared that you won’t be able to replicate that most recent attempt, free yourself from the need to do just that. purposely disregard attempting and pour your focus into connecting to the dr in a non-method coded way. listen to music, watch media related to it, go on pinterest, write stories!

stick with the reality, but don’t go out of your way to attempt to shift unless you’re positive you’re capable of keeping it light and curious.

and instead of trying to trap yourself to this one reality because you haven’t shifted there yet, allow yourself to commit to it because you simply want to see it through and still hold excitement for the place. remember that you never have to stick to any dr. when you feel like you have to, your brain is more inclined to rebel and quit.

all of these tips should help you to make that reality and shifting feel safe, which is all i really am trying to promote here. shifting is not high stakes. it’s not life or death. don’t resist the shift by putting unnecessary pressure onto it. your dr is home. home should not feel heavy.

best shifting tip ever: if you wanna shift, you have to shift. if you wanna be your drself... you have to BE your drself... ik you've definitely heard this millions of times before. this is literally the ONLY thing on shiftblr, this same sentence gets rephrased in 1,128 ways but in the end its only this. shift. actually shift. you don't need method, you don't need subliminals, you don't need nothing. you just need to decide. and no, this isn't me forcing LOA onto y'all, this is jst... knowing WHO you are. imagine you're on your bed, lying down, "trying" to shift. Okay, good. you say "i am my drself, i am in my dr, i am detached from reality zero right now, my DR is my CR" perfect. now what? you did it. you shifted. you decided that you shifted, and now you gotta act like it. don't think abt the sounds, symptoms, position etc right now, that doesn't matter because you shifted. you are not in your original reality, you're in your DR. don't think abt your position or whatever "physical" thing is distracting you, cause its not you...? don't think about how dry your throat feels, cause its not you. even if its an intrusive thought like "nope i should stop trying, open my eyes, drink water and sleep" you're not "trying" because you alr succeeded, and no, thats not gonna happen, cause you're not in the same reality, you're in your DR bedroom, you can't assume that when you open your eyes you'll see the reality you were in 10 mins ago, thats jst not possible, you're in your DR right? this isn't even "motivation" btw, its just true. you shifted the moment you decided you're in your dr you shifted the moment you shifted.

lucid dreaming, delusion, and fantasy: why shifting isn't any of these, and why none of you know what you're talking about‧₊˚♪𝄞࿐₊˚⊹

there’s an unspoken authority that anti-shifters feel the need to bestow upon themselves. when they stumble upon any shifting related post, they seem to be an expert in so many fields that it’s a miracle they even have time to scroll online at all! they’re qualified psychologists, neuroscientists, oneirologists, theologists, quantum physicists… they even perform foolproof telepathic polygraph examinations on random shifters on social media! and because of this, inexperienced shifters’ doubt is, naturally, amplified.

with all the love in my heart, i think it’s important to tell you that anti-shifters are… kind of stupid? and not because they don’t believe in shifting. it’s not lost on me how the idea of shifting sounds. i get it. but rather because any attempt at a conversation with them turns into a game of diagnostic whack-a-mole. but if you ask them to define any of the terms they’re so generously bestowing upon you, they disappear !! why place more trust in someone with semantic vomit dripping down their chin than someone who has researched shifting, gained an understanding of it, and pursued the practice? shifters’ negative reputation is only a result of a gross misuse of terms nobody can even bother to google the meaning of !! my concern lies not in an anti’s missed opportunity or a longing to be believed, but rather in the effect their words have on shifters’ self concept. because yes, it is so obvious that nothing they’re saying is true, and that they know virtually nothing about what they’re talking about. but when they’re constantly harassing shifters and trying to force their shortsighted, ill-informed beliefs on them, eventually, it’s going to take a toll. so while this will undeniably be the most common sense, mind-numbingly obvious post i’ve ever made, and perhaps it'll seem a little hostile towards antis, let’s put this to bed once and for all.

how to train yourself out of “almost, but not quite” in shifting.

so, if you’re someone who likes to shift while awake and you consistently find yourself at the phase where you know you’re shifting but reach a sort of blockade, this may help you.

first thing i want you to try is doing absolutely. nothing. when you reach that “this is it” moment, do not affirm. do not focus on your dr more. do not try to control your breathing.

when you do this, it’s just a form of micromanaging. micromanaging leads to observing which leads to you not letting go. in this zone, you want to let go of your control. i always say that surrendering is the last “step” when it comes to shifting and it is imperative that you learn it, so do nothing to the best of your ability.

second, i want you to acknowledge the moment. the state that you’re in. a simple acknowledgement. no extra excitement. no need to catastrophize the moment. just think “okay,” and move on.

when you get to this stage, it’s just your mind checking where you are. and you don’t have to convince it of anything. you are allowed to just let that check pass over you.

now, this is the important part: the state that you’re in is either going to carry you into your dr or fade. and you have to allow your awareness that choice without trying to control it.

often times, we tense up in this pivotal moment because we’re scared of “losing it.” but the thing that’s so ironic about this state is that you’re almost guaranteed to “lose it” if you try to control or navigate it. so the best way to pass this state and become fully aware of your dr is by facing the fear you have head on. it’s by letting go and saying “okay, i’m either gonna shift or this moment will pass but i refuse to get in my own way this time.”

as long as you continue to interfere in this state, you will never truly surrender to the shift.

you see, shifting is just like walking through a doorway. and you’ve been treating the doorway like it’s fragile. like if you don’t handle it perfectly, it disappears forever. and so, like clock work, whenever that pull moment happens, your mind goes into prevention mode to keep it stable. but prevention mode is just resistance disguised as management. and resistance is what keeps you here.

allowing yourself to remain neutral in this moment exposes your mind—and your nervous system—to the idea that this fear isn’t the end of the world. and once the fear of failing dissolves, the urgency dissolves. and once the urgency dissolves, the micromanaging dissolves. and once the micromanaging dissolves… you’ll be able to shift without resistance.

in my opinion, it’s important to desensitize yourself to the fear of failure because !spoiler alert! this fear is the whole reason you even panic about “keeping” the pull/the symptoms in the first place! it’s the whole reason you tighten your grip. but through this small surrender exercise, you teach yourself that you are capable of handling “almost” and that you don’t need to rescue yourself from the fear by self sabotaging the moment.

understand that the shifting doorway is not fragile. there is no correct way to handle it. and you don’t need to intervene in the natural process in order to step through easily.
