ATTENTION !

just letting you all know that this blog is - as of like right now - archived. i’ve moved hyun over to my multimuse which you can find @ seeswonders. i have my reasons for doing so, mostly for my own sanity and having fewer blogs around. i will be discontinuing all threads / drafts i have not replied to. unless you’d like to continue a certain thread, please hmu and i’ll be happy to continue it over on the other blog. ( or if you’d just like to interact with hyun still. ) i really hope to see you guys over on my multi, it’d be a pleasure to write with you still.

                        steps paused just before fingers could grasp knobs on double doors. a slow turn of the head, eyes meeting his once more, while brow furrowed. “ did you —- NOT want me to leave? ”

                 HE LAUGHED. This boy, he really thought that words, rumors spread on the streets were the truth and that it was everything that there was to him? Before dying father had told him the secrets, Junghee didn’t know it either but now that he did – and that he saw the man in front off him … was this truly his BROTHER? the one who should lead this? was he truly capable of something like this? perhaps … he would have to het rid off him sooner or later. There were no feelings of BROTHERSHIP that he felt. 

                 ❝to begin with, I know WHO your father is and I can tell you that he had great influence and that he would be DISAPPOINTED to see you like this, a mere right hand man❞ shook his head, teeth sinking into his lower lips for a moment, releasing it with aq quiet pop again. ❝he had great visions for your future and that was the only reason why he sent you off to be HERE – it was a twist of fait that you ran into this other person …❞ would not say his name, would not give him that. ❝mhh… he thought you would be a GREAT LEADER. Our Father truly was a weird man sometimes❞

                         he was listening now. to each and every word, not realizing form was leaning forward ever so slightly more and more. things coming to light about a seemingly nonexistent past was something he expected last. he HAD a father? this man in front of him -- his brother. why did it sound like too much? years of instincts taught him it was because it most likely was. head shaking as he met with intense gaze. one he was finding it harder and harder to actually trust. 

                  “ you expect me to believe all this? ” scoff leaving lips in the appearance of apathy. form pressing against back of chair once more. “ what? what kind of father thinks it’s smart to send his son away -- to abandon him and let him fend for himself? ” years of resentment suddenly to rear up, thoughts he hadn’t indulged in such a long time. and why would he? he had no need to think of long forgotten family -- family that left him to survive on his own. left him to the wolves, in an entirely different country to add -- as far as hyun was concerned, his only family was the bund. his only brother, jian.

Why was he so suspicious – why did he not TRUST every word Hyun just told him. 

                 hands vanished in the pockets of his pants, teeth sunk into the inside of his cheek before he opened his mouth to SPEAK. ❝I wasn’t here so I don’t know if you are telling me everything but Hyun –❞ head was turned to look at him, the one he called BROTHER, the one he grew up with. ❝you better not use my TRUST in you –❞

                                an almost defeated nod came from the man, listening to words from his superior rather than best friend and brother. “ i ---- realize that now. i apologize. ” gaze looking away from the other, back out to darkened sky as the storm outside raged on, rain fell heavily against the glass of the window. such weather reflected what he was sure was inside him at this moment. what’s been inside him for quite awhile, to be truthful to himself. fingers come up to comb through dark strands as he returns to meet jian’s gaze once more -- superior ( friend, brother ), “ i am telling you everything that happened. ” almost interrupted the other, words expelled from mouth almost too fast. a breath, a quiet sigh as he composed himself. “ you know i would never take advantage of your trust. it’s something i value above everything. ”

“ When did all of this start? “ ( Jian : )))

                 “ you know when this started. ” sigh to be released from lips as a hand ran across his face. gaze angled downwards as no – he was not able to meet his eyes, not now. feeling of betrayal seething in the back of is mind, he had betrayed his brother. second thoughts realizing he might not even have the right to call the man in front of him such anymore. hyun swallowed, finding it nearly difficult. parted lips to speak, “ i never meant for you to find this out. not like this.

i truly wanted to tell you. i did. ” was that pleading in his tone? almost. he willed himself to be stronger. to get out his words, to explain properly to one he was wholly and truly loyal to, the truth. “ about myself, about junghee —- about his original intentions here. i know what you must be feeling right now but you have to believe me when i say i was never going to go through with them. you know i would never betray you like that. ”

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE !

It’s my first Christmas in this fandom with this blog and I must say that in the past few weeks, I’ve felt incredibly welcomed here ! I was extremely scared of the chance of being looked down upon or even ignored and yet, not only have I managed to make new beautiful friends, but I also had the chance to write with amazing people ( aka YOU ) ! Ever since I made this blog, I’ve always been happy and excited to come online and this is the greatest present that all of you could give me ; I’m really thankful for all the time that we spent together and even though I might not have interacted with all of you, your presence on the dash is still more than enough to brighten my day ( but please, let’s change that soon ! ) .  I really don’t want this to be too sappy but… But I wanted this little post to be a THANK YOU to all of you, all the people who have become my friends, all the people who have written with me and all the people that I still have to approach ─ Thank you for making this experience a great one, for me !! Hopefully, we’ll continue to be happy together for a very long time. ♡

                       brow furrowed purely out of surprise, unused to such acts of kindness especially from those he did not know. gaze wanders from female before him to the delicate bloom held in her grasp intended for himself. ( it just reminded me of you… ) “ i… ” despite himself, fingers reached out to receive gift. “ um —- thank you. ”

                       oh, he wanted to laugh, wanted to tell the other exactly what others’ thought of him. oh, he was so sure. smirk crossed over expression, gaze still beneath him as he watched male try to appear taller. amusement gone in just an instant than it had appeared as he heard his words. “ you really think so? why not move me yourself? it seems you think and act like you can. ” he was playing now -- usually not bothering with such games but was this what boredom was like? he stood his ground as he waited for other to make a move.

                       a shake of his head as smile forms 'pon lips. by no means is the question unfamiliar. something hyun gets asked from time to time. ( he’s so annoying. he’s too LOUD. ) not that he didn’t disagree -- to some extent. yet apart of him urges to defend his friend, especially since he was not there. “ it can be a lot to handle, yes. but we’ve been friends for so long. he’s also like a little brother to me. i suppose i’m more used to his antics. ”
