This Unfinnity Mythic makes a fascinating spellslinger commander, being rakdos is always rough for spellslinger, while you have access to red is nice, you could build it as a self mill deck to get giant spells for 3 mana or as a controll deck copying destroy spells, I would recommend running things that make your 3/3's harder to block like Goblin war drumms or Ferocity of the Wilds or even Berserkers' Onslaught to double the spells
