Hii! I keep thinking about your OC, Rustrove and thought that maybe if it'd be ok with you I could write like a lil itsby bitsy tiny 1-2 page story about them :]
Like if you wanted to like do a post about them and their characteristics and/or their backstory, who they're friends with, their cybertronian credit card number--The basic things, I could use that and would be very very excited to write about them :3 if thats something you'd be ok with.
Me wanting to know more about them, my pagani bias and love of bovines may have something to do with this ask...

AAAA!!!! I'm so sorry this is so late!! I haven't been online like at all!! Waaaaa that would be so wonderful!! Rustrove.. Rustrove... where to start.
Well, for starters, they're a little kid and they don't live on cybertron... in fact, they have literally zero memories of ever being on the planet. They were megaminded (sent off the planet at a very young age because of the war) and were one of the first cybertronians on Earth. Because of this, they have a reallly bad perception of identity and are practically obsessed with humans and figuring out how to become one. When they land on Earth, a little while later this guy picks them up and... takes care of them. Kind of. He's not the greatest, and doesn't treat Rustrove like a sentient being. They live on a farm and Rustrove really bonds with the animals too (aka where their animal like features come in) They help around the farm a lot and it takes them a looong while until they realize they can transform. With this information, the guy pressures them into scanning a Pagani (terrible for their rural setting) because they're beautiful and he doesn't consider Rustrove's needs or wants (I haven't considered ever making them a triple changer, but now that you bring it up...)
Rustrove is basically a pet to him. Something he keeps fed and clean that helps around the farm. He keeps a collar on them to dictate when they can or can't transform (big clunky collar. Something a cybertronian could probably easily rip off, but Rustrove doesn't think of it because they're kind of the biggest sweetheart you'll meet)

Rustrove and him get into a massive fight one day (fights happen semi regularly, just because the man stirs up arguments while Rust tries to get him to calm down) This one is more physical than most of the other ones. He grabs a hold of their collar to bring them to his height (they're around 6 foot, so absolutely tiny for a cybertronian) and they get upset and shove him away, ripping off the collar and sending him to the ground. At this point he's getting up there in his years and Rustrove doesn't realize how much stronger than a human they actually are. They accidentally kill him and feel horrible about it. They stay on the farm for another few months, hoping he would somehow get better before they run out of supplies and can't feed the cows anymore and panic, running away from the farm. (Rustrove is probably around 10 in cybertronian years by now). This entire time they've been fueling on human gas for cars and it has not made their systems very happy, but they have zero idea what energon is and the fuel works somewhat.
just remembered you asked for basic things...... whoops... sorry this is horribly written I wrote this in like 10 minutes at midnight because I got so happy and I feel horrible for not checking tumblr for so long!!!!!! I love my little they/them so much this kid has been on my mind for many months
Aged up a little while!! this is them around 16 (they've done quite a bit of healing)
