Ashrath

The City of Evolution and one of the biggest cities in the realm. Ashrath commands respect as the city that fought to push the world into a new age filled with technology and break away from old traditions that held back the seekers of knowledge. Although Ashrath holds a bloody history in its founding, its past is being overtaken by advancements. The many people who seek refuge in the wonderous city are fellow engineers who can often be seen on the street showing off the magnificent creations brought to life by their hands.

Throughout the city, statues of Athena can be seen watching over the people as they run about. Vast waterways flow through the streets with small boats of tourists. The main streets are seemingly lined with gold and hold many shops and restaurants that even have locals lining up for a bite. Ashrath is a popular city to say the least.

Not many temples can be found around the city, however. Any religious worship is done in small shrines hidden away in houses. Only the statues of Athena have flowers placed around with a few drawings little children may have contributed. Ashrath is a city that is more focused on the people rather than any god. Their worship of Athena is to give thanks for giving living beings the knowledge to live as they do.

During summer, a festival lasting a week will take place in honor of Athena at her most prominent statue in the city. Ribbons of blue and gold drape across the stands with owls carved into each one. Harpies dressed in lavish robes of gold and white tend to the festivalgoers both local and from afar greeting them with hoots and playful smiles. A main stage will have harpies performing hypnotizing stunts with a siren dressed as the respective goddess captivating the audience. When sundown arrives, the main performance begins that depicts the story of Athena gracing people
