The premise is simple: Shen, Turbo, Shadow Milk Cookie and Mephiles fall into the Underground and experience the entirety of the pacifist route.

Okay, so this is gonna be different because I have this thing I've been wanting to yap about this au-
That being the different routes, specifically how the presence of the Unlucky Four affects the existing routes and creates new ones-
First, the neutral endings:
In the neutral endings, Shen, Turbo, and Mephiles deside to stay behind in the Underground for their own reasons. And thus, Shadow Milk and Frisk leave the Underground and escape to the surface.
In most neutral endings, the three who stayed behind would be hiding in the Underground, so they don't show up in the final phone call. But, in the pacifist neutral, they stay with the rest of the main group and do show up.
And I imagine that after yout get off the call, Shadow Milk talks to Frisk for a little bit, giving the player a small nudge to reset or go back to their last checkpoint before Flowey does.
....
Now, about the Genocide endings....
You see, if this were a hypothetical game/mod, I imagine that the player could switch between controlling Frisk and the other four (partially inspired by Omori). Which means if you want do do a Genocide run, you can choose who you want to do it with.
If you try and do the traditional Genocide run with Frisk, there are two possible outcomes:
1: (If you discard the Septer of Darkness) Near the end, replacing the Asgore Boss Fight, you will fight the Unlucky Four, with Mephiles being the only survivor due to him being half a god. Before Chara can go and try and buy your soul, Mephiles kills you, forcing you to reset.
2: (if you keep the Septer of Darkness) the same as above, but at the end of the Unlucky Four's boss fight, you seal away Mephiles, leading to the normal Genocide ending
Now where it gets real juicy is when the other four get murdery
If you do a Genocide run with any of the Unlucky Four, they will attack you in the Hall of Judgment, replacing the Sans boss fight. In this fight, Sans will fill the empty spot in your party.
Now, if you somehow manage to do a Genocide run with all of the Fallen Five (Frisk, Shen, Turbo, Shadow Milk, and Mephiles)....
