meditation is a mind control process. it's like a work out for your mind. if you go to gym to work out, your body stays fit, similarly if you meditate your mind stays fit & that's very important to lead your life happily. mind is abstract but it can be divided into three categories. one is conscious then sub-conscious & then un-conscious mind. we have full control on our conscious mind but very little control on sub-conscious one & no control at all on our un-conscious mind. sub-conscious mind is like a wild horse. it's hard to ride a wild horse but once u tame it then it follows your command & you can easily reach your destiny. meditation is a process to have full control on your sub-conscious mind. it's like a bridge in between your conscious & sub-conscious mind. & sub-conscious mind is the strongest one. let me explain in a different way. our brain is our biggest resource. human brain is 4000 times more capable than a pc. human brain shakes(brain-wave) non-stop. each seconds a brain shakes how many times is called a brain cycle. brain cycle can be categorized into 5 stages : gamma, beta, alpha, theta, delta. when your brain shakes 27 times per second or more you are in gamma level. that means your brain cycle is 27 or more. for an example ,when people get so angry or frustrated brain cycle goes that high & brain performs the worst then, that's why people do stupid thing when they are mad. then beta(brain cycle 14-26) level is when you are awake in doing regular activities normally. alpha(8-13) when you are sleepy but not sleeping. theta(4-7) when you are in sleep. delta(.4-3) when you are in deepest sleep. the less our brain cycle is , the better it works. that's why when we dream we don't understand that we are dreaming. as long as we dream we feel that's the reality. a dream cannot be longer than 30 seconds to a min or two, but in that tiny amount of time we see a day or a 6 hours story that sharp. because our brain cycle is low & the brain works that good. but the only problem is that we don't have any control on our dream even though the brain works so good while dreaming. meditation is a process where u can reduce your brain cycle gradually & at the same time have full control on your thoughts. that means you can train your brain to perform at it's best. welcome to the new world. the world of happiness, peace & the ultimate success. take yourself beyond the limit. welcome to meditation. start reading from link1. feel free to ask me any question.wishing you all the best.
The God/creator/Big Bang’s job was just to create the universe initially . After the initial creation , the universe became a self sufficient organism , as to this day it’s expanding on its own. We & the other species evolved from it , the creator has nothing to do with our lives, not good or bad, it has no control over you or anything else or even aware of the lives evolved from the universe. Now, one can ask what caused the creator to create the universe or what caused the Big Bang. I think it had no other choice but to create as it’s job is to create. What was there before the universe or what God did before creating the universe ? Well, there was no before ,at least for lives belong to this universe because time itself is the result of the expansion of the universe itself . Perhaps Big Bang happened elsewhere or happening always in a separate timeline, perhaps the creator is still creating universes in a separate time line that we the citizens of this universe are not or can be aware of.
