Ik i'm a shitty person and i ghosted u and thats fucked up. Its not an excuse but i was slipping and i couldn't think of telling u about it at the time. I didn't want to drag u into it (shit excuse ik) and i'm sorry for that.

I didn't tell u a lot about this but i've struggled with my eating for years its always been bad. During the summer holidays a lotta shit happened and i was so out of it. When i started college i pretty much stopped eating and my parents still don't know. I did a lotta fucked up things that i won't trigger u with. My shadow friend made me cold,

It made me sad too.

It made me the kind of sad you can’t shake off.

I’ve tried,

I've followed different maps,

And routes.

But it always finds me,

Even if it takes time.

I’ll start to feel safe and happy,

But soon it comes wondering back.

I hate my stalker,

From the outside it appears normal,

Its painted pastel yellow,

There’s a perfect door centered in the middle at the front.

To strangers it appears normal,

But once you enter,

Through the perfect door,

You start to realise its not as perfect as it was made out to be.

The picket fence is,

Off white,

The nails holding it in place are wonky and rusted.

You can see green mold in the windows,

Yet because the house is yellow,

You ignore the warning signs…

One room,

Appears small,

But once you enter,

You realise it’s a maze,

One you can’t escape.

Simply because there is no exit.

Each turn leads you to a dead end,

And at each dead end there’s a new fear,

Anxiety creeps in the shadows,

Following you,

Tainting you with paranoia.

You can’t escape,

They don’t love you,

They’ll all leave you,

Oh,

They don’t love you…Not really.

Its all a lie.

None of this is real,

One day you’ll wake up,

Except that reality will be shittier than this one.

They know,

They know everything.

Anxiety claws at your throat,

Crushing you,

Because if you had a voice,

You might open the door and ask for help.

Across from that room,

Is the room of insecurity.

Every bad thing they’ve said,

I scratched into the walls,

Every last insult.

One wall is lined with picture,

Pictures of pretty girls and models.

They all have pretty smiles,

The kind that lights up the world,

They’re all skinny,

All flat.

They’re just right-Just perfect,

The kind of people that men fall at feet for,

They don’t do that for me.

The other side of the wall is covered in mirrors,

I see a small girl stood staring,

Picking out fault by fault in her appearance.

But no matter how many times the voices try to tell her she’s pretty she ignores it,

It’s a losing game,

For she’s sick,

Sick in her small head.

She scowls at her self,

For she doesn’t feel pretty,

Nor does she look it.

People outside of her house don’t disagree…

The room next to that is empty,

Its white,

Thousands of shades of white.

The kind of white they paint asylums.

Its spacious,

Yet feels claustrophobic,

A paradox.

Its cold,

And constrictive.

Its almost silent,

Apart from the screaming,

Thousands of voices howling,

Save me…Save me…Save me.

Pain paints the room,

White,

It screams insanity.

There’s no windows,

No light to be let in from the outside,

Just bright, blinding lights-A spotlight.

Upstairs is worse,

Its scarier,

Most people never get to see the top part,

For most aren’t prepared.

The stairway walls are lined with picture frames,

All black and shiny,

Yet they’re empty.

They reek of sadness,

I suppose in this house their truly is no happiness to capture on film,

Its all sad,

All dark.

The edges of the frames have chips missing,

Whole chunks torn out,

Like flesh.

The steps creek and grown,

As if begging for help,

Begging for it all to stop.

The first room from the stairs,

Reeks of smoke,

It creeps out from under the door.

Once you step in,

You realise that everythings on fire,

The carpets singed,

And turning grey from soot.

The curtains are ablaze,

Bright orange,

Yet it still blocks all veiw of the outside world,

Is there a world outside of here?

It clouds everything in a swarm of dust and smoke.

The wallpaper’s peeling,

Turning black,

Curling over itself,

As if it too is trying to escape the flames.

Its hot,

Much too hot,

Scolding.

Crimson flames licking up at the ceiling,

Waiting for a chance to get out,

Waiting for the ceiling to collapse so that it may get a breath of oxygen,

So that it can grow bigger and bigger.

Its waiting for people to get close,

So that it can attack them too,

It wants to turn everyone and everything I love to charcoal- to dust,

So that I’m all alone,

It’s self-sabotaging…

Across from that room,

Stands a perfect white door,

Except its not so perfect once you get closer.

The wood work is cracked,

And water is seeping through.

The room is filled with miles and miles of water,

And it goes down meter after meter,

Its depth un-countable.

A golden chandelier flickers above sea level,

Just about remaining unscathed,

Its arms only just about submerged in water.

The water is cold,

A stark comparison to the heat from beforehand.

Its claustrophobic,

Its icy grip,

Leaving marks around my neck,

Choking me.

Once you’re underwater,

You’ll try to hold your breathe,

But eventually it’ll numb you,

You’ll lost control of your mind,

You’ll release the breathe you’re holding.

It’ll flood your lungs,

Drowning you once again.

It doesn’t stop,

It’s a vicious cycle.

Eventually you will die,

Because you aren’t invincable,

In fact you’re very weak,

You’re human.

The darks depths shall be your graveyard.

Next to that room,

Is a room with every thought I’ve ever thought,

I look fat,

No one loves me…

But it’s also filled with disgust,

Disgust,

Its all I hold for myself.

Maybe you should have died,

It was your job,

YOU had ONE job…

I hate that room,

Because every word I’ve ever said is repeated over and over and over.

It never goes,

It taints me,

Scarrs me.

Yes I should have died

Yes I should relapse.

I feel shamed for thinking these things,

Like I shouldn’t,

But I can’t stop them,

Will I ever be able to stop them?

Outside that door,

There’s another set of stairs,

They’re missing steps though.

The door is bolted shut,

Covered in a patchwork of wood,

It’s a warning,

DON’T GO IN…….

Once you step in you cannot step out,

There is no escape,

But curiosity will get the best of you,

You’ll ignore the warning,

You’ll run straight up into the mouth of Hell.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Suicide attic

There’s thousands of mangled bodies,

All strewn across the floor,

Like guts from a slit stomach.

One variation of me is walking around on fire,

As if she is a match,

She’s laughing manically.

Her eyes screaming,

Maniac…

Her lips pulled into a smile,

A grin,

A smirk.

Variation two has deep red cuts covering every imch of her body,

She’s a red canvas,

Her eyes are dead though,

It makes me wonder if the cuts really killed her,

Or if she was truly dead long before she carved them into her flesh.

She’s pale,

From lack of blood I suppose.

Variation three is cutting her skin off,

Cutting off all signs of fat,

Until she gets to the bone,

Its like carving a turkey.

A sharp knife plunged into her stomach,

Bleeding slowly,

Turning the carpet red,

Staining it.

Variation four is submerged in a bath tub,

Heavy weights on her chest,

Pushing her further and further.

Heavy weights in her pocket,

It hurts,

I can’t breath,

Gasping for breathe.

Its so dark,

So so cold.

Her lungs flooded,

There are no bubbles.

Variation five is laying in a moat of her own vomit,

Scattered pills surrounding her head like a halo,

An empty pill bottle in hand,

Eyes closed, Tongue hanging out her mouth.

I’m sorry on the edge of her pale lips,

Her lips that once smiled,

Yet now hung open spewing vomit.

Variation six is hanging from the sealing,

Suspended as if she is flying,

A purple and navy blue tie dangling her from the ceiling,

Her face purple and lifeless,

A wooden chair carelessly knocked over beneath her,

Theres no getting down now,

No turning back.

A metal gun is placed aginst the forehead of another unforunate variation,

Variation seven,

She doesn’t cry or wince,

Her face is empty,

She’s accepting it.

Her agile hands pull the trigger,

Bang,

Blood splatters the wall,

Red…red…red,

You can’t escape it,

I suppose it’s a nice change from the usual black interior of this Hell hole.

Her brain blown out,

At least the voices can’t get to her anymore.

Variation eight’s frail body propped up against the blood stained wall,

Her face drawn in,

As if she is a skeleton,

Yet theres still meat on the bone.

She’s starving herself to death,

Yet each time she looks in the mirrors its still not enough,

She’s still too fat.

But how far is she willing to go?

She’ll die eventually but I suppose she’d rather die than be fat…

The final one is quiet,

Too quiet,

Soon you’ll realise her lips are sewn together,

So that she cannot speak of the reasons she hates herself,

Because she wants the sad part of her to die.

In her eyes its better to die mute,

Than to tell everyone that she is already dead.

My mind is a prison.

there is a glistening polishing over my face like if i change my room alter my face I'll be safe they want to put makeup all over my pores cover my hair glamor up my everything i'm willing to share and i wish talking and not talking were different but i'm exhausted i used to cry to my family to let me talk to my friends more but now i've been ignoring everyone for hours waiting for one person to be somewhat interested but even if they did i still think i would just stare at what they said and never say anything back they would gloss over my readings at 4:30 in the morning (addicted to caffeine too early) i can't stop and they can't ever get over how excited i always seem but how dreadful i am to talk to i'm thinking about that, too (it is not just you) i want to press buttons on little pieces of plastic to delete my life on a screen that keeps taking away my eyesight but i will never will or maybe everyone will be erased soon i do not know how to be attached how to be unattached either how to let go and be something better is the right way to act to scream and yell or to never make a sound until they start to go all mad crying to themselves why do i have so many personalities bundled up in my little head these people think my dreams are going to be weird again but i haven't even told them the concerning happy little paradises in my head (i scare them make them happy or they want to get the little knives and stab me) a big ball of fur gives me the most joy but he won't even pay attention to me my entire life isn't enough these people say everything i do is wrong i got all these medals plastered on to my wall but they won't even say i'm smart enough so many one sided thoughts on the internet it is never ever enough how do i get out of this permanently and forever i feel like a choice is wrapping my shoulders into a coma making me weak pinned to floor even more i need to drink more be something more i have to put more things in my body that will make me sore at least they give me energy for some amount of the foremore oh i can't do this anymore

Life the eternal flame

Life,

An eternal flame,

Supposedly.

It started off bright,

Climbing higher every day.

It was beautiful,

Innocent,

Small.

It was simple,

Then it grew wilder.

Never slowing down,

Its brightness rivalling that of the stars.

Then it stopped,

Stopped feeling great,

The high from the smoke wore off.

The lies burned out,

And deception cut deep.

Eyes cleared,

And smiles faltered.

The flames reached for the sky as a child,

Life was everything.

Life was being alive,

And not just breathing.

We were too young to realise how great  it was,

Trapped in a haze,

Dreaming of growing up.

Torn apart by the years,

Nothing of who we were-Not anymore.

We burried our old selfs,

Children in adult graves.

I just want my innocence back,

I want to be young again.

So I can feel the warmth of life again.

The flames are smaller,

Barely there,

Dissapearing.

Perhaps we reached for the stars too hard,

They were too far up,

With no wings how are we to get up there..

What if it dies out?

Oh god,

We’re losing ourself.

I’m sorry,

I’m sorry I ruined your innocence.

It had to happen,

But not like this.

Part of me wants to say its okay,
