I just finished going through my RCIA journey, confirmed 07-06-26! I am also studying Theology at my cities Catholic university - im so excited to learn more!

My confirmation name is Mary MacKillop of the Cross, as an Australian and as an educator, I hope I can live up to her generosity and almsgiving.

I also see Saint Dymphna as a Patron Saint, due to my mental health issues she brings me a lot of confidence and peace for the things I cannot change.

I haven't yet fully separated from hellenism, but i have been attempting to become the christian i once was again (although orthodox, not catholic). After my confirmation, when we sat back in the pews, a ray of sunlight shone through the stained glass window and illuminated me (and only me) in bright colours.

I felt the presence of God and my wife (non-Catholic) was so stunned we couldn’t stop talking about it after mass.
