I did some dumbbell lifts, squats, and then walked around with 12lbs of weight, and I’m pissed that I relearned the lesson that physical activity actually does help my pain

It seems there’s some strong contenders here. After review I also thought of St. Peter Martyr being struck on the head by an assassin and writing “Credo in unum Deum” with his own blood on the ground, as well as St. Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows scaring off bandits with his handgun skills. Today was ok, I’m learning that while on lyrica my Vyvanse is not helpful. Makes sense since they effectively cancel each other out. Didn’t get a single thing done but that’s fine cause I can do stuff once it wears off.

Back still hurts like a bitch, even a warm bath isn’t getting rid of it completely. Apparently scar adhesions can cause pain by pulling on the body and nerves and humming things up? So basically I removed my endometriosis to replace it with effectively the same shit. Oh well, I’m under care of the surgeon and the PT so I’m in good hands.

Feel like I’m going a touch boy crazy. I keep praying to God that He remove my yearning if I’m not meant to date again, and instead the yearning just intensifies. And that’s cool and all, except now most of my days are spent day dreaming about romance and being a prisoner in horny jail, so God could decrease some of this response and I wouldn’t complain.

Pray for me I guess, idk what else to do about it

I think the pregabalin is making my Vyvanse less effective, because I don’t do any work and make dumb as hell decisions, but I’m very awake about it.

Tbh I’d like to get off the pregabalin if possible, but idk how likely that is at this time. Stoping that shit seems to be rougher than stoping hydrocodone. I’ll talk with my doctor about it
