coming from an aromantic perspective

i think knowing that types of relationships do not exist in a hierarchy actually helps me be content single,

cause i’ll go thru the things i’m looking for in a QPR or exclusive committed relationship and i’ll find that i have friends that meet those needs already,

i have a hard time not placing a exclusive committed relationship above the relationships i already have, but i find i don’t need a relationship like that if i think about the people i already have in my life,

it still might be nice to be in an exclusive committed relationship of some kind but i’m not sure how it would actually add something to my life ,, idk if any of that makes sense or if i was just repeating myself over and over,
