Just thinking about Zachariah knowing some but not all of Dean's references and throwing some of his own out and I'm just imagining him holed up in some heaven corporate office watching all of the human media Dean has consumed as part of his research and he's taking notes and absolutely fucking hating all of it so at some point he starts skimming cause how important could it actually be but then Dean is saying shit he doesn't understand and he's sweating because he was supposed to know these things that's why they hired him for the job, he's supposed to be the Dean Understander, but he keeps getting it Wrong and oh shit now his subordinate is rebelling and he lost the Dean...

In fics, it'd be nice if Dean mentions his GED or college plans without it being framed as Sam's (or Bobby's) idea.

Fics where Dean wouldn't have a whole inward monologue about how he's proud of Sam would be nice too...

A little baffled that people painting Dean and Cas as a jock and a nerd is just to go so fanon cliché about it (99% of the time meanie bully Dean and shy fragile Cas).

Meanwhile, I'm thinking about jock Cas because Cas loves strategy and exercices and bossing people into teamwork and showing off he's strong (and he loves winning!) and I'm thinking about nerd Dean because Dean loves popculture and can't seem to spend five minutes without uttering some kind of reference and wants to spend all his time on his bed watching shows (so relatable).

And, more important, jock Cas and nerd Dean are both annoying bitches that no one wants to cross, lol. Especially since going against one is going against both.
