4. A companion travels to their own timeline to stop the Doctor from making a series of small mistakes he made while traveling with them. They can speak with the Doctor, of course, but when doing so, they must always make him believe they are the past version of themselves. Maybe, when traveling all the way back to the beginning, the must pretend they don't know him at all...oh, how painful that would be.
5. Horror in Russian Nesting Dolls (An extra dimension inside of them. Bonus points if it's set in the Catherinian era. Triple points if the Doctor has to "open up" to his companion by the end, lol)
6. “Where did all the pigeons go? Why aren’t there pigeons? There used to be pigeons!”
