I think it's so funny how Denji was down to run away with Reze but only after she tried to kill him. Before when she seemed like just a normal nice girl, he was like 'nooo i cant run away, i have a nice life here in the city' but after 24 hours with absolutely nothing changing about his quality of life except the girl in front of him being exposed as a mass murderer, he is 100% down to ditch everyone and everything to have a runaway happy ending with her in the countryside. And he's so real for that

#in all seriousness it had more to do with recognizing a shared pain and finding some affinity with her #but he was never privy to her internal thoughts and feelings because they never got to have that much time together #so on the surface you can still get a hilarious reading of denji being down to run away simply bc she was actually a murderer #and looked good doing it (which she did. good for her)#<-
