New York Times reports on letters by Ehud Barak, Woody Allen and others written for Epstein’s 63rd birthday

In one letter, former prime minister of Israel Ehud Barak and his wife wrote “there is no limit to your curiosity.”

“You are like a closed book to many of them but you know everything about everyone,” they wrote, describing Epstein as “A COLLECTOR OF PEOPLE”.

Ok so I was really skeptical of the “Epstein was a Mossad honeypot for blackmail” theory since it’s not as if imperialists are unable to recognize the US and UK’s material interests in maintaining Israel, but this is starting to convince me

Literally I read the article about it and twice it made sure to mention how expensive the treatment is so it won't be widely available and like how is that just a fucking neutral statement, why do we just fucking accept that, "yeah there's this revolutionary medical treatment that exceeds all expectations in treating a horrific illness but the overwhelming majority of people will never be able to access it because the world is built on a social construct that says they have to suffer needlessly" like how do people read that and not feel livid, disgusted, how is such a system not absolutely fucking sickening, how can people hear that and not be overcome with such an anger and revulsion as to want this horrific world order razed to the ground by any means necessary and replaced with a society where we value human fucking life

September 25, 2025 - Microsoft has terminated the Israeli army’s access to technology it was using to store vast troves of intelligence on Palestinian civilians in the West Bank and Gaza, the tech giant informed Israel’s Defense Ministry in a letter late last week, according to the Guardian.

The decision followed an exposé last month by +972 Magazine, Local Call, and the Guardian revealing how Unit 8200, the Israeli army’s elite cyber warfare agency, was housing intercepted recordings of millions of mobile phone calls by Palestinians on Microsoft’s cloud platform, Azure, creating one of the world’s most intrusive collections of surveillance data over a single population group. According to the joint investigation, this data has been used over the past two years to plan lethal airstrikes in Gaza, as well as to arrest Palestinians in the West Bank.

As far as is known, this is the first time a major U.S. tech company has revoked the Israeli army’s access to any of its products since the start of its war on Gaza. Microsoft nonetheless continues to work with other Israeli military units that are longstanding clients. [article]

I hold that it is bad as far as we are concerned if a person, a political party, an army or a school is not attacked by the enemy, for in that case it would definitely mean that we have sunk to the level of the enemy. It is good if we are attacked by the enemy, since it proves that we have drawn a clear line of demarcation between the enemy and ourselves. It is still better if the enemy attacks us wildly and paints us as utterly black and without a single virtue; it demonstrates that we have not only drawn a clear line of demarcation between the enemy and ourselves but achieved a great deal in our work.
