an interesting quilt featuring repeated pieced B blocks. The B fabric is likely indigo and that shade of pink was popular from the mid 19th to early 20th century

An odd patchwork quilt in The Scarlet Claw, 1944

It consists of plain squares and half square triangles, however, the size of the squares isn't consistent. You can see the half square triangles here don't line up

This isn't terribly unusual, utilitarian scrap quilts often don't follow an exact grid patter preferring to use the materials available
