1. Not all movies are going to be to your liking. Why? Some are straight up bad, bad productions, bad casting choices, poorly written scripts, ect. Or because it's not 2. Not all directors are the same. Their takes on the characters WILL NOT BE THE SAME AS BEFORE OR OTHER DIRECTORS. Understand that they have different visions. Different ways to tell a story. An example to this is Joss Whedon. We have a great director, who has done great things in the past. Cue Age of Ultron, all hell breaks loose cause Brustasha, Clint has a family, Natasha is too soft. You're seeing everything in a fans perspective. You're mad cause Clint and Natasha aren't together. You're mad, because he made Natasha feel. Yeah, the chemistry was bad between Nat and Bruce. So we go to point number one there. Johansson and Ruffalo are great as individuals. Together they were off. 3. The Studios, Can and probably will affect the end product of the film. The studios want money, and they will go for what they believe will sell them.Examples: Age of Ultron, Fantastic 4 (the reboot), X-men films, Ect...) Adding to this the "lack" of female movies. It is not because they are sexists and won't cast women. THEY LOOK FOR MONEY. Like John Campea (producer and works now at Collider. Check him out if you like movies.) Would say studios are AMORAL. And so far THEY are going to give it a shot again. There was a time where female leads were a big thing. But it has dropped immensely giving the fact they didn't go that well. Examples: Underworld Franchise, Resident Evil, Aeon Flux, and so on. 4. Books, Comics, Stories... it all has to be adapted to the screen. Therefore things from said literary texts will be cut. You can NEVER put a book or a comic in its complete glory on to the screen. A comic is a comic, a book is a book. And a screenplay is a screenplay. All written differently and all written for a different purpose. That is why things don't always go as fans expect also. I'm also a fan of movies, it's kind of obvious if It didn't come clear with you. I do too get mad when something I like gets ruined. I got mad at the Xmen. But it will always happen. We're going to have decptions, and we're going to have great films that blow our minds. But sometimes we have to understand, that it's not in the directors power, or that he had a different take on things. Or that things didn't go as expected in the final product. This is a business. Just like any other. So keep that in mind.
