Honestly, I’m at my best when my ed is at it’s worst. My room is clean, I dress nice, I wash my face more, I whiten my teeth, I wear makeup, I do my hair. For some reason the only thing that pulls my out of my depression spiral is my ed and the only thing that pulls me out of my ed is my depression. Idk if anyone else feels like that? Idk I just always feel better when I’m losing weight and excersizing and not eating. Idk maybe it’s my body thinks I’m finally being healthy? But I’m not? So… idk, it’s just really weird.
100% yes
It irks me so bad when people call children who’ve clearly been traumatized into growing up faster as “So mature” and “So strong”
I get you’re trying to be supportive but it feels as if you’re missing or glamorizing the fact this child is actually in a lot of pain and has been put through a lot and cannot afford to be a child because it means compromising their survival in their traumatic environment. It shouldn’t be praised. It should be recognized as a trauma response.
It’s not admirable. It’s heartbreaking. Stop romanticizing children losing their childhood.
i find it hard to function. cleaning my apartment, taking a shower, cooking diner and eating in general. i can’t deal with it anymore. this isn’t living; its surviving. and i don’t want to do it anymore.
