what's comin' will come. and we'll meet it when it does.
1. What is your favorite book?
This one is quite easy: I really loved Prisoner of Azkaban. I don't know why, Prisoner just really stood out to me. I'm also very fond of Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix.
2. What is your favorite film?
Probably Goblet of Fire. There were a lot of things not included in the film, but I really liked this movie. I also like Philosophers Stone, because this was the first representation of the books. I loved all the details in it.
3. What is your least favorite book?
Chamber of Secrets and Half-Blood Prince. I have no idea why, I just don't like them. I liked Slughorn's passages tough.
4. What is your least favorite film?
Half-Blood Prince. I didn't like the book, the movie was even worse. (Sorry, I'm a HBP hater).
5. Parts of the books/films that made you cry?
There's only one moment where I bowled my eyes out: When Lily says
"You have been so brave." (in Deathly Hallows). I don't know why, this line really really touched me. And it still does. I was a wreck. I also cried a lot when Dobby died.
Films:
I always cry at the ending of Deathly Hallows 2.
6. If you could hook up with any character, who would it be?
Err… I have no idea actually.
7. Who is your favorite character?
Sirius Black. I was devastated when he died. I thought he was quite a rebel, which I loved.
And Hermione of course, because she has been a huge role model for me. Go brains. Go nerdy.
8. Who is your least favorite character?
Ginny! I know everyone loves her and adores her, but I really don't understand how that's possible! I really don't like her.
9. What would be your Patronus?
I think it would be a lion or a fox. They look very sweet and huggable, but they can be very aggressive.
10. If you could have the resurrection stone, invisibility cloak or elder wand, which would it be?
Without a doubt: The cloak.
11. Which house would you be in?
Probably Gryffindor.
12. If you could meet any member of the cast, who would it be?
Tom Felton, which I totally did.
I still want to meet Emma Watson, because she is such an inspiring person.
13. If you were on the Quidditch team, which position would you play?
Chaser.
14. Have you played any of the video games?
I played Chamber of Secrets on Gameboy Advance.
15. Favorite lines:
There has been so many!
"You have been so brave." (Lily)
"What are Fred and I? The next-door neighbors?" (George)
"Killing is not so easy as the innocent believe." (Dumbledore)
"Well, we were always going to fail that one." (Ron)
"The ministry has fallen. Scrimgeour is dead. They are coming." (Romeo)
"Numbing the pain for a while will make it worse when you finally feel it." (Dumbledore)
"I face death in the hope that when you meet your match, you'll be mortal once more." (Regulus Black)
And this:
"I'll go with you." (Hermione, Deathly Hallows 2). This wasn't in the books, but I loved this line in the movie. Hermione says this when Harry is about to go to the Forbidden Forest. There's no hesitation when she says this, she would walk with him to his death. This is pure friendship to me. Best line of all movies.
16. Were you happy with the ending?
When I red it the first time, I wasn't really satisfied. Afterwards I heard Rowling explaining the ending in an interview and after that I appreciated it a lot more. It was ok, I didn't hate it.
17. How much does Harry Potter mean to me?
It means everything to me. I grew up with Harry Potter, it was my escapism for many many years. It was my grandfather who introduced me to Harry Potter. He travels a lot to the UK and was telling me about the Harry Potter books. They were very popular in the UK and he thought I should read it too. And so I did. And it changed my life.
