i wish we didn't have to hunt foxes

i don't love fox hunting and i have no love for the people who do it.

but there are too many foxes in the UK. this is entirely humans' fault. which means we have even more of a responsibility to fix it. does that mean that i think we need packs of dogs ripping foxes to pieces? hell no.

but with the current way the UK ecosystem is set up, humans need to hunt them for the simple fact that we have removed every other predator. we have a responsibility to play apex predator in our current ecosystem and that's just the way it is.
