Welcome to RadqInfo, a place for objective information on radqueer and other non-normative topics.
This blog will attempt to have the most objective, informative tone it can. Any and everyone is welcome here! even antis/neutrals curious about the topic!
There are no stupid questions, anything is allowed as long as it is in good faith.
for trans ids, can you try to explain all the prefixes for IDS?
Ex: CIS-ID Null-Id,, etc etc
yes ! this was planned, but i can do it early :) this will include the basic ones and there will likely be more parts due to how many there are !
Identity prefixes
CisID
Simply put, something that you naturally are and identify as.
NatID / Natural + Natal + Native ID
There are a few types of natID - naturalID, natalID, and nativeID
They all have a similar concept of something that you naturally are. One may or may not identify with this, which is the main different from cisID; CisID means that you identify with the identity while natID doesn't necessarily.
as described by the coiner, the differences are:
Natural (naturally developed): "refers to personality, physical features like weight or strength, or secondary sex characteristics, mentality, developed illnesses or disabilities"
Native (to oneself): "whatever tf you want it to be its just another word with a similar and applicable meaning. i am specifically using it with the definitions 'Existing in or belonging to one by nature; innate' and 'Natural, unaltered, or unadorned.'"
Natal: "thing you are strictly 'born with'. part of the "bodily" thing. not just related to sex, can apply to hair type, skin tone, eye color, disabilities, neurodivergencies, family relations, whatever"
TransID
Identifying as something you arent naturally- a better definition is in this(link) post!
NullID
When someone identifies as not being something, usually something they naturally are but wish to not be but it may also be something they simply wish to never be, even if they are not naturally it now.
PermaID
Where one identifies as permanently something ! This may be due to something they currently experience or something they wish to experience.
XisID
When one is trans- of an identity but prefers to identify or present at cis- of said identity !
Some various prefixes that are mixes of multiple other prefixes:
TrisID: Trans + Cis
TrixID: Xis + Tris (Being trans- something but identifying as tris- said thing !)
Termaid: Trans + Perma
Further research !
on transid.org there is a massive list of a good portion of the coined prefixes ! it can be found here(link)
The first post of basic definitions, including radqueer, transid, and paraphilia !
--------------------
Radqueer
Radqueer is an ideology that, at its most basic, means support for all transIDs, paraphilias, and non-normative identities. It stands for bodily autonomy and specifically stands against anti-sexuality and ageism.
There have been two main coinings of it, "old radqueer" and what is now simply known as "radqueer" (what i described above)
Old radqueer was mainly meant to communicate the acceptance of transIDs, paraphilias, and non-normative identities into the queer/lgbtq+ community.

TransID / Trans Identity
A transID as a term has multiple meanings depending on the user's preference and can be personal and subjective.
Despite this, there are a couple general definitions that can help one to get the feel of what it means!
A transID could be an identity one is not or originally was not bodily/naturally but wishes to or has transitioned to. One may or may not wish to actually transition or may not have the means to transition; that does not make it less of a transID.

Paraphilia (+ Paraphilic Disorders + The Big 3)
Paraphilias are loosely defined, commonly said to be unusual attractions or attraction to things that are not necessarily sexual. Despite this, paraphilias can also be romantic, platonic, or any other type of attraction.
Paraphilic disorders and paraphilias are two different things in a sort of "squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares" way. Paraphilic disorders are disordered versions of paraphilias- paras are not inherently harmful but if they do happen to be harmful to oneself or others they may be classified as a paraphilic disorder.
Paraphilias cannot be cured but paraphilic disorders can be treated to be easier to live with. Paraphilias may be caused by events, usually traumatic or unpleasant ones that happen at a young chronological age, but they may also be spontaneous.
"The big 3" are Minor/Youth Attracted Person (M/YAP)/age-based paraphilias, necrophilia, and zoophilia. Occasionally, there is also the "big 5" which may add two of the following, depending on two you ask: biastophilia, somnophilia, incestophilia/consanguinamory, or Adult Attracted Minor (AAM) attraction.

That's all for now, I will expand on many of the terms used here later! If anyone is curious about any terms in specific I can get to them faster if you simply ask!
